Best Repair Hvac in Colorado Springs CO

After calling to have our water heater replaced affordable showed up and did the install in a few hours. Here is were the issue began we had a loud thumping noise from the heater and after the tech Kurtis (who was great came back out to inspect it was replaced. Now I have had to take the next 2 days off for an inspection that was never scheduled and with the run around I had to find this out from the permit office website. I have now lost three days of work. We had used them for years. I think it maybe time for a change!

I paid about $200 dollars for an electrician to take maybe 10 minutes to look at a circuit that kept tripping to give me a diagnosis that it was probably just a little too sensitive/ maybe the case needs to be sealed.I called One Source partly because of a flyer we got in the mail saying that any electrical service call is $89. I made the mistake of reading that as a coupon/ deal. It's just the dispatch fee to get an electrician to your door. I'm not sure why they displayed that in their flyer like it's a good thing. I wish the person who scheduled the job had mentioned that fee instead of the electrician upon arrival. Since they charged $90 for that and another $120 for a very quick diagnosis, I think I will try somewhere else next time.Aside from the pricing, my experience was positive. They we're able to schedule the job within a couple days of my call, and the electrician was upfront and professional.

Hired Western Peak to hook up and get the old boiler and radiators up and running. It’s working great, and they were very helpful in telling us what we needed to do to maintain everything.

Jason had come to my house to do an estimate for the AC installation and explained everything very clearly and professionally. The installation team (Matt and Shean) was excellent. Super friendly, professional, well organized and very clean. I was very impressed how fast they got the job done.

We have used Caliber Services at our rental, since 2009. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. We've used others in the past that were a nightmare! It is so refreshing to have honest people at your property doing repairs, when you live in another state. They do great work and are reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone! You won't be disappointed!!

I had an estimate from OneSource for a simple leak that turned into a softener and filtration system for 9k without any type of water test! I found Alphalete and am glad I did. While Walter couldn’t replicate the problem he definitely saved me 9k on unnecessary work...do yourself a favor and use Alphalete!

This is a positive review. Our old furnace failed in March of ’20, just as the state imposed COVID restrictions and while it was still cold enough to need a furnace. I asked three HVAC companies for bids. John from Comfort by Design was the only one to measure our house’s volume and count our windows. Considering things like warranty and price, he also gave us the best bid. The installers were quick, as quiet as such work allows, and neat. Everyone was masked when no one was used to wearing a mask. I can’t say enough for the team.

Unfortunately, we were not as satisfied with the furnace. Comfort by Design sent a tech out to make adjustments, but he couldn’t get it to work as we thought it should. I talked again to John, who contacted the manufacturer. I gave them until the fall since we wouldn’t need a furnace during the summer. Not once did any member of the team seem exasperated or dismissive of our complaints.

Ultimately, in November, because we were still dissatisfied, Comfort by Design replaced the furnace at no extra cost and with no arguments. The new furnace operates significantly better and we are now satisfied.

I would confidently recommend Comfort by Design to a friend.

I called Shawn Gayle at Wright Total Indoor Comfort, Shawn understood precisely what I needed and my need to keep costs down. He and his technicians were honest, truthful, personable and truly wanted to help someone in need of help. The cost was by far much lower than any other estimate and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I was greatly inspired to find that there are still companies that can see a true need and are ready to help.

I called, made an appointment. The day came, the appointment time came and went. They didn't show, they didn't call. I called another company.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!
