the technician Mike is the best ever. he worked on my problem with the thermostat and hvac until he found the problem which was wiring. and explained the dos and donts to me and how to correctly set the thermostat.

Chad came to house and he was very helpful and explained stuff so I could understand. We will be using Leo's again when we move into our new house thanks for all your help . Office was very kind and got us in on the day I called thanks you all greatly appreciated.

Matthew Bullock is one of the most professional guys I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. His attention to detail as well as his positive professionalism was amazing. He made me and my wife very comfortable as well as kept giving us updates along the way of the repair. He got the job done in a timely manner and triple checked his work. Great employee you have here and I will be recommending you guys especially Matt.

This company will nickel and dime you for labor costs. For 3 cracks in a ~3 foot pipe section, my wife was quoted $210 which is high already, but I wasn't home so she agreed. The tech then ended up charging me $410 after changing the invoice. I tried to call and resolve it with Management for 2 weeks, and they never returned my many calls.

These guys and gals ALWAYS do a wonderful job. My only criticism is that they report corporate no longer let's them to cash only jobs...just insurance.USAA approved.

The owner, Scott, came out on Tuesday for a quote and beat all other quotes. We had an appointment set up for us the very next day and the install went incredibly smooth. All technicians and installers were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgable. We will definitely be calling them for all our future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Juan Martinez was awesome! Had a washing machine drain that was completely clogged and thought I was gonna need to spend much more than I did. He was friendly, on time-actually a bit early- and got the problem fixed in rapid time! Explained things in an easy to understand way and answered all my questions. Called them up after my furnace went out in my house the other morning. They had a tech out that morning. The tech was able to find out what was wrong and my furnace was working that afternoon. Tech was fast and friendly and the fix was affordable.

We’ve had an issue with our AC since moving in we finally had it looked at and the first guy that came was young extremely unprofessional, left material everywhere, had my apartment flooded at one point that we had to call an extraction team just to get all the water up, has taken several days to just do an AC as it was many breaks this kid would take and or show up then want to go on lunch. I get contractor work sucks sometimes but the unprofessionalism won’t help gain more. They then sent someone else after many complaints and after my apartment got flooded and he was an older gentleman explained what he was going to be doing and was extremely professional. I get Being new to a trade but the first guy was not professional at all.
