Best Repair Commercial Cooling in Colorado Springs CO

They took our call at 5pm on a Friday afternoon and were able to squeeze us in the next day. They provided options and were able to find a tech who was experienced with our non-standard water heater and set up. Joe was our tech; he was on time, professional and thorough, answered all my questions. Pricing was fair based on what I could find. Too early to say how reliable the product is as it’s only been a few days, but the service and install were outstanding.

Very professional, cognizant and knowledgeable of potential causes and effects on our A/C system. Felt very comfortable with our technician, Marion Martinez. Would definitely recommend!

My tech Andrew Coleman had his work cut out for him on my house! I had a small utility room in my basement I wanted two 50 gallon tanks. This install required a two story chimney liner and the hole in my chimney wasn't big enough. To say the least, Andrew was nothing short of awesome!! And he was hilarious. He made it all work and it looks amazing. Thank you so much Andrew, greatly appreciated!!

Tom G was our plumber, he came on the weekend, he totally helped me get ready with a new tub and tile tear out before my tile contractor would arrive on Monday. I was blown away by how great the service was, from the dispatcher to Tom G, it was a flawless perfect experience.

Caleb came to move the plumbing in our bathroom to fit a new vanity. He was punctual, polite, respectful and did a great job.

Brandon, the HVAC tech came to my house to inspect my furnace. He was very professional, wore a mask, explained everything to me, and I was very happy with his service. He did not recommend a bunch of unnecessary repairs. He did explain all my options for duct cleaning, and sealing of my ducts. Because I am a member of this company, there was no additional charge for the furnace inspection. In addition, I have used this company before for a plumbing issue, and they were able to come out the very same day and help me. I would definitely recommend using this company for household repairs.12/29/20 I want to give another five star review to this business. My furnace was not operating properly, I called at 7 AM, the HVAC tech was at my home at 8 AM, and done and repaired by 830. I really appreciated the timely response. The tech, Dzemalj, was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful, and wore a mask. In addition, this company employs veterans and is veteran’s owned.

My wife and I moved to Colorado Springs one week ago, and when we got here we found our A/C was broken, and of course we were experiencing record heat for this time of year. Not knowing who to call, the first company I turned to was a big mistake. I then found Parkey's, and called them on a Saturday. Rick responded immediately, was at my house within an hour, found the problem, replaced the part, and did it all with courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness. We now know we have someone we can count on when needed.

met with multiple employees to fix a shower drainage problem, they seemed like they would be good and professional. They needed to do work 2 days in and under my apartment. when the job was finished they left leaving multiple tools and materials, leaving the shower disgustingly dirty (not the condition it was when they arrived) and breaking the toilet paper holder off of my wall. They were extremely unprofessional and told me that they don't get paid to clean up. would not recommend them.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

I contacted Comfort by Design to install a new furnace so I could eventually install AC as it was too expensive everywhere else to do both at the same time..or so I thought!! Scott came to do our consultation, and right off the bat, it felt like he knew exactly what we wanted/needed and was very personable and professional. He shared so much knowledge with us and was completely up front with the way he runs his business. He was able to work with my needs and budget to make me comfortable. It was honestly the best experience I have ever had when speaking to a business owner/contractor.

To top it off, the technicians who he chose to come out were beyond amazing. Jeremy was super knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had and then some! He paid very close attention to detail and seemed to really take his time to ensure the quality and educate me . He would be someone I specifically ask for again when I go through Comfort By Design for anything!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone. These guys really take the time to make sure you're taken care of...on ALL sides. Love it. Thank you guys!!
