From the minute you speak to the friendly person who schedules your appointment, you know you’re in good hands. They called to let me know exactly when our repairman was on his way. Brian was very conscientious about wearing protective foot covers to protect our floors. We live in an old house with scary old curvy stairs leading to the basement. Brian was very kind even though it wasn’t easy for him to carry his tools up and down. He never complained. We have a boiler system to go with our hot water radiators. He knew exactly what was wrong within minutes. He drained out the water, put in valves so the next time we need work done we won’t need to drain the system. We really appreciated that. He was very friendly and professional. We enjoyed talking with him. He let us watch him work as we had many questions about our heating system and he gave us lots of good information on how to care it for it. Once the part was put on, he cleaned up thoroughly and thanked us. We can’t speak highly enough about Brian. We will definitely ask for him again when we need our system serviced or repaired. And we highly recommend him to others. All in all we had a great experience with Affordable Plumbing and Heating.

They haven't performed their job yet, but we did get an estimate and will be using them for our upcoming commercial project.

I was pleased to have a kind person come into my home to repair our problem . the young man gave me details what he found and how he repaired. This young man had manners and I will call this company for any future plumbing issues I get.

Met the owner Joe and service tech Dana who worked diligently to resolve the airflow issue and discovered the wrong zone damper was installed. They are in the process of correcting that issue giving our home proper air flow. Very knowledgeable with resolving the issue. Would highly recommend!

Very quick, affordable, honest, and professional. We had a busted pipe out back and they sent someone out within a couple hours of my calling and he fixed it. Definitely going to be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

Emilio was the third technician who worked on my furnace. Very friendly and professional He kept me informed of his progress along the way. All the techs were good, and I don't remember their names. The total cost was higher than I expected.

I had 3 appointments schedule with Around the Clock. The first I had to cancel because they were an hour past the 2 hour appointment window and it was going on 7pm. The second appointment the technician actually made it within the allotted appointment window, but left my sink leaking with very little explanation except for your faucet needs to be replaced. On my third and final appointment I received a call that Owen was running late and they would call when he was on his way. 2 hours after my scheduled 2 hour appointment window I called and cancelled my appointment and refused to work with Around the Clock. I was also offered a 5% discount on my first call but that was never honored.

I had high expectations for this company and was highly disappointed. I understand emergencies happen, but I chose the first appointment of the day for a reason. I am definitely taking my business elsewhere and will not be returning to Around the Clock.

Comfort by Design came out to handle some laundry room plumbing work in an investment property we own, as well as look into some HVAC (radiant heat) concerns. We ultimately decided to go with them for their professionalism and responsiveness. It is a sad world where many professional contractors struggle to show up on time, return emails or phone calls, and can't stay in the quoted estimate. Comfort by Design definitely checked all those boxes and more! Very easy to work with and communicate with, friendly, trust-worthy and professional service that didn't seem to rush through to get done and move on to other work (been there before!). Always on time and quality of work was great. Would definitely recommend for plumbing and HVAC services for sure, we will continue working with them in the future

Jeff and Greg did a great job repairing my well! They replaced the pressure switch and gauge and even removed and replaced pipe insulation. They installed my provided heat tape to ensure no more frozen pipes. I'm very grateful for good, consistant communication and timely work. Very affordable for this single gal. Thank you!

Phew! I had a pretty eventful evening the other night and am so very grateful Bulls-Eye was available to help me. We had our poop shooter back up in our house the other evening which caused pretty much all of the drains in our house to back up. :( After calling several companies to get some help, I finally called Bulls-Eye. Right off the bat, I noticed a difference about this company. 1. They answered the phone even at 9pm. 2. They were friendly. 3. They could get out to me that night!!! Sure enough, within the hour, I had Jeff at my house to clear the drains. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Our drains are running great and he provided helpful tips to keep them from backing up again in the future. I would definitely use Bulls-Eye again.

Richard did a yearly maintenance check on my 2 year old air conditioner. He did a good job, was clearly informative when questioned, cleaned up the area when finished and was a friendly, professional serviceman. Thank you Richard.
