Stay away from “Affordable” plumbing in Colorado Springs if you need a new water heater. They just charged my 70+ year old parents $3000 to replace theirs. They refused to give them a price breakdown or an itemized receipt. General manager Brahn Shinkle has refused to respond to voicemail or email after another manager gave my sister the runaround on the phone about this ridiculous price gouging.

Had an appointment and they stated that they would be at home as close to 10 am as possible. Called to get ETA at 10:46 am and Amanda was incredibly rude on the phone, my assistant had called her and asked her the same questions about 30 mins prior, and she was not happy that someone else was calling and asking again. I am sorry but if you are in customer service I feel that you should not be rude or short with the paying client. I was not rude until very end when I told her to cancel the appointment to which she replied with a annoyed tone ok and hung up on me.

Installed new faucet for my bathroom remodeling. Excellent customer service. He is very knowledgeable and experienced plumber. Best I seen in Colorado Springs!

My hot water stopped working on a Friday late afternoon. I called around for a reasonable plumber and was recommended to call Western Peak Plumbing.
By this time it's almost 5pm and I called to explain my situation. They immediately checked to see if a tech was available, and Marvin came right over ready to help. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Western Peak Plumbing again, the customer service, repairs, and prices were perfect!

Delta Mechanical is a great company, who was able to replace my broken water heater the same day for a very competitive price. The company was incredibly helpful by providing me information on my different options and helping me make the best choice. They sent Andrew to install the water heater and remove the old one. I had a leak under my kitchen sink this morning. I called at 0630 this morning to see when someone could come out to repair the leak. B&L plumbing gave me a window of 1000-1200. The plumber (nick) called at 1005 and said he would be at house in 15 minutes. He was able to repair my leak and was out by 1115. This has been the fastest and best experience I have have with any plumbing company. They had great customer service and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome job.

The only thing worse than their quality of work is their inability to drive safely. I have excellent photos and videos of your workers cutting off traffic, zig zagging with the trailer wobbling, and speeding 40+ in a residential 25mph. I’m turning it into authorities but you might want to take a good faith effort to attempt to rectify the negligence by your workers.

Great company, very professional and friendly...! Mr. Rooter is the only plumber I have every thought of calling when in need of help. They have done so much work at our house from a sewer line to small valve replacements and every time the service guys show up with a smile and are so professional.
