Timely and very professional service

I am the process of doing an entire overhaul of the old outdated sewage in an older home that I just purchased. Impressed is not strong enough of a word to describe Patrick who came out to give me an estimate. Not only was the estimate super detailed, Patrick gave attention to my special needs who lives in the home. There is another company I got an estimate from, and it was like pulling teeth to get it. Patrick fully understood my scenario and bent over backwards in every way possible to accommodate my needs. I would highly recommend this company just based on ethics alone. Patrick, thank you for caring. Most people today, just don't take the time. You cared, and I am more than appreciative. This company is more than accommodating for each of my needs. Lucas and his son came out to my house to fix a small leak and found that we also needed to install a Pressure Regulator Valve. They did an excellent job.

They were professional and great at communication. Gave me a fair price and explained the process completely and throughly.

I will definitely be using them again for any type of plumbing issues I encounter in the future.

I've had Olson Plumbing and Heating out twice, once back in August 2021 to fix a break in our main water line and just today to get my furnace to stop making weird sounds. Both times the folks from Olson have been just outstanding!

Lowell patiently listened to me try to describe the noises the furnace was making, quickly identified the issue and fixed it (some wires from the motor were getting into the blower wheel) He was very quick and professional and I found the cost of the repair to be very reasonable.

Terry and his crew were also great with the waterline. They arrived promptly when they said they would, they did as little damage to the lawn as was possible taking into account the job that had to be done. Once the digging was over they quickly found the break and repaired the line. They were very thoughtful with the clean up after as well. While the price tag on that job was high, it too was fully reasonable considering they were able to get out the day we called (unlike everywhere else which we would have had to wait 2-4 weeks for,) the size of the crew, the machinery needed AND the fact they did the job after hours, on overtime. We were so thankful to get our water back on that day we did not mind paying for overtime. They were a wonderful crew and did great work.

I will use Olson for everything I can and I highly recommend them.

Curtis is awesome! Before coming out to fix my water heater he actually took the time to first make sure my gas was turned on and then stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the pilot lighting procedure... TWICE just to be certain. Who does that these days? Turns out that didn't fix it, but wow.... Fantastic above and beyond customer service!!!

These guys were nothing short of amazing!! We had a main line collapse in our yard and was rusted out under our house. They came out and fixed it in less than a day. The crew were friendly and informative.
I would however recommend they get someone else to answer phones. We waited 7 hours for her to call us back just to tell us IF they could even come out to give an estimate. She wrote my card number down on paper and didn't know my bill amount when I called to pay. She had our names wrong on the bill and seemed like she didnt overall know what she was doing.
Aside from have a terrible receptionist which is sometimes beyond control... I would definitely recommend this place! They treated us like we were their own family (probably better).

It’s winter and my water heater stopped working. Two other companies bailed on my but Mark sticked to his word, came on time and got it working in no time. He walked me through his process explaining everything and even told me some best practices to have it last longer and all this with the lowest price i heard !

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I have been working with a contractor to do a bathroom remodel for 8 weeks. I had a plumber lined up for a very time sensitive job and that guy stood me up . No call No show. No apologies. BullsEye saved the day! I discovered a leaking pipe in my wall over the Memorial Day weekend. I called BullsEye at 10:20 am and they were at my house by 11 am. The comfort and relief of knowing help is on the way that quickly meant the world to me. I can’t express how friendly, knowledgeable and professional the BullsEye Team was, especially Jeff and Adam. The price of repair was more then reasonable as well. My husband and I were expecting the worst. We will use again and recommend to family & friends.
