What a gem to have found this company. While they were unable to come out due to not servicing our area, he answered the phone, asked for photos and calmly walked me through the steps to get the leaking sprinkler system outside of our home turned off. After identifying that it was the sprinklers he told me as long as I could find the shutoff valves I would be able to restore water to our home for our four children and 3 pets. Just truly great customer service. Highly recommend.

Elmer with Remle plumbing is the best! He’s done work for us on garbage disposal, water heater replacement and faucet installation. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and show you how to do your own “easy” fixes and maintenance. Fast, friendly and responsive!

When a pipe bursts from the cold and your house floods, it’s a stressful situation. Remel Plumbing came to our rescue. Elmer and his assistant were fantastic. They arrived asap and calmly got to work removing the burst pipe and replacing the interior and exterior portions in under 30 minutes. Additionally, he was patient and explained the situation and the solution. He gave us tips and recommendations to help us know how to prevent such a situation from happening again. Bonus: he was affordable!!! Especially when compared to the last plumbing company that we hired. I’ve never left a Google review for ANY company, but this company deserves the positive publicity. If you need plumbing services, I’d say to give this company a call and save yourself time, money and stress—this company was top notch!
