Jacob the technician was very kind and efficient. He came to look at our furnace as it was making a terrible rattling noise. He quickly figured out the issue and let us know our options. Really appreciate how he was on time and how great his customer service was.

Eduardo came out on Easter Sunday at 10pm to save us from a backed up sewer line. We couldn't use our toilets, shower, do dishes etc. and he came very quick and fixed the problem without a hitch. Thank you!!

Andres was great. He was quick, efficient, and thorough. One of the best HVAC system maintenances I have had. Such great service I signed up for the annual maintenance plan and will be asking Andres to come back and do each one.

I would totally recommend Western Peak! They just saved me hundreds and maybe thousands of dollars! I had a backed up shower drain in my basement that another company said was a collapsed drain that would have to be dug out. I asked Western to come out for a second opinion and they worked really hard to save me money. They did a second look at the drain and it turned out to just be a hair ball. Thanks for the great work!

We asked Ed to install new plumbing into a new kitchenette sink from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. Naturally, this proved to be more complicated and difficult than it appeared, but Ed proved resourceful and experienced, and overcame the many obstacles that existed. He worked tirelessly to finish the job, cleaning up thoroughly after doing a fabulous job. Very impressed and very grateful--highly recommend!

Hello,The 1 star rating had nothing to do with the technician as you have assumed. He was very professional and we had no problems with his service. My issue is with the fact that the AC was working fine prior to having the first technician come out. We never had any issues then after that we had nothing but issues. Like the fact that the AC unit was never reconnected and started to freeze up. Hopefully this will help. Thanks

Had a mystery leak in the wall, Jeremy came out and was able to diagnose where exactly the leak wall. It was as if he had X-ray vision to find it, very minimal drywall removal and was able to seal the leak in under an hour. Extremely pleased with his professionalism and work. I would highly recommend Jeremy and B&L for plumbing needs.

Despite it being early Saturday morning (about 0900), Alex responded to my distress call and was on site as he'd promised by 1030.I really appreciated all the information he provided me beforehand, as well as when he arrived.
A bit after an hour or so he'd purged my kitchen sink of its blockage. He was courteous and friendly and responded to my concerns that it's an older house and the plumbing has proved to be rather fragile. There were no mishaps and once again I am quite pleased and satified with Advantage's service.
