Western Peak Plumbing was recommended to me by a real estate agent I worked with a couple of years ago. I called in Monday morning and made the appointment to have someone look at a leak under the sink. I was pleased to find out James was able to come earlier. He assessed the situation and before he left to get the parts I asked him if he could also install a water line for a new refrigerator I am getting ready to purchase. He agreed, came back with all the parts, and completed both jobs quickly. He was pleasant and polite during the whole operation. I was also pleasantly surprised when he presented the invoice! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!!

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

When I decided to try Smith's USA program, it was a good move. They have replaced a defective electrical panel, a defective sewer system, unplugged drains, installed faucet and toilet, cleaned our HVAC ducts, did preventive service on the HVAC system and more. With the USA program, I have saved on trip fees and emergency charges. All their employees have been courteous, professional, and respectful of the cleanliness of our home. They will take the time to explain what they're doing and answer your questions. All things considered, I think they give a good value for the money, and I intend to keep using their services.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We got a new furnace and a/c installed in the home. I did a lot of research and this one was my 6th company that I called out for a quote and we decided to go with them. They were professional very nice and made the inspection for the city a breeze. The furnace works great and it was installed over 1 month ago and it has even tempeture distribution around my home which we did not have before. I will never get a service from here again. They scammed our family with water heater. They said we need to change the water heater and ask us for $1200 but then it was just my mother and sister did not know how to ignite the water heater. Highly unscrupulous to women who does not know well and non ethical business.

Billy Taylor, the owner, was at my home twice in one week - first to snake the sewer lines, then to install a new kitchen faucet and stop a leak from the bidet.
Both times he was courteous, prompt, professional and very clean.
