Best New Air Conditioner in Colorado Springs CO

I bought a 125 year old house a few months ago. We knew there was a sewer issue when we bought it. Ended up with another issue that came up and had Leo's out to snake a line. Richard knew so much about old houses on the west side and educated me a ton about how the plumbing in my house works. He was able to do the repair for the new issue and in doing that also figured out some things that our home inspector and a previous sewer scope had missed that resolved the issue we knew about when buying the house. Saved me $2500 that I was planning to spend based on another companies estimate. Would highly recommend Leo's and Richard to anyone having sewer/drain line issues. Especially if you live in an older home.

They repaired my air conditioner. They called to see if they could come over about 2 hours early and I must have sounded tired because he offered to get me a cup of coffee since he was getting gas anyway. I said sure since it didn’t really ruin my day. Joshua Cain was my tech he explained what needed to be done. He brought a trainee with him which I thought was great, since the guy would get some hands on experience. We have always had professional service from One Source which used to be Heat Depot and even though they changed the name all the same techs seem to be there.

Their recent addition of electrical is a great move. They've teamed up with Mark Hall, who is spectacular! He did a whole bunch of overhead lighting and ceiling fans for our house, which really made our home a more comfortable place to be. They are reasonable, attentive, and just do really good work. Can't wait to have Mark come back soon to add some outlets for us!

Had a water leak from bathroom and it came through the kitchen ceiling. Lujan PSI found and fixed the issue. Very clean and professional. Will use them again if I ever have any plumber issues.

Jason and his guys were great. Fast efficient and cleaned up after themselves too.

Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

We had an excellent experience with Comfort By Design. The quote was done in person by Scott Bryant, one of the owners and it was fairly quick, cordial and priced reasonably well. Installation of the mini-split A/C unit was scheduled within two days notice after the quote and it took less than a day to make the installation. Both John and Mike were very cordial, professional and did the installation with seemingly complete ease…I am very satisfied. In a couple of weeks I’ll make another review as to the effectiveness of the mini split A/C unit that was installed since the weather is not very hot yet where we live. I would highly recommend Comfort by Design for any HVAC needs.

We contacted WireNut to help us with our hot water tank pilot light going out. This is turning into a nightmare!! What they did was drill a hole on the side of our house to allow more air to circulate and the pilot light is still going out!! They changed vents that didn't look old or damaged and charged us $2700 to do this. The inspector failed the job saying come winter all our water pipes will burst as they aren't insulated. Again this is due to the large hole in the house. I contacted WireNut to come back to correct the issues, but they didn't know what to do. They said they were going to suggest an electric water tank and will take off some of the work, but it'll still be another $1200.00 NOT including adding the extra electrical outlet to the house. This is an additional $3-5K. I let them a message to call me on Friday 7/21/23. I still want to give them a chance to make it right. IF they don't I have an attorney and will have to go that route.

We called Affordable Plumbing and Heating at approx 9 PM on December 23rd to report a non-working gas furnace. Their technician, Paul was at the residence diagnosing the problem within an hour. He determined what was needed, went out to the parts warehouse and picked up parts and returned by midnight. By 12:15 AM on the 24th, the unit was up and running. Their price, given the time of day (actually night) and repairs needed was very reasonable.
We could not believe the speed and courteousness of this technician. He was fabulous and we will recommend Affordable Plumbing and heating to anyone. Thank you! Linda Sanders

Before they were One Source, they were Wright and we loved their service and attention to detail. Since the change they have only stepped their game up! Very professional and personable, great at explaining the details and not pressuring you. My wife has never felt so respected, which is a huge deal when it comes to technicians. We have always valued their service, but even more so now seeing how well they handled everything and how well they take care of us. Andres was brilliant and did a great job.
