I am in Florida and my disabled brother lives in Colorado Springs. Every time there is a maintenance problem at his home, I panic. Inevitably, companies take advantage of him and in a sense me because I’m not there to arm chair quarterback what they are doing! I don’t say this lightly...How REFRESHING it was to work with Sean and One Source Home. Not only did Sean treat my brother as a “normal” adult. He was respectful of my brothers concerns and endless questions. Sean explained everything. Laid out my brothers options and worked out a very doable budget. Never knowing that he has a sister who was going to double check that the company wasn’t taking advantage. When all was done. My brother got me on the phone to talk to Sean and Sean had to explain all over what was necessary to fix the problem. Many get frustrated or say I just told him what we were doing. Blah blah blah. Not Sean!What a concept...a business that truly cares about their customers....a business that is trustworthy...a business that is thorough.!!! Great service. Other plumber cancelled the day the disposal was to be installed. Todd responded to my phone message quickly and told me he could do the job that day after all his other jobs (this was the day before Thanksgiving). He was unable to complete his other jobs until 9:00 that night so he offered to come at 8;00 AM the next day (Thanksgiving!). He arrived as promised and did the job quickly. I doubt any other plumber would have gone the extra mile.

Extremely pleased with the professionalism, timelines, courteous and friendly attitude of Lucas, the service technician, as well as the outstanding job performance. I will call Lujan PS&I and ask for Lucas for all of my future plumbing needs!

HVAC Solutions is the best! We have used them for over 15 years to service our mechanical units. Three years ago, the team installed a new furnace and air conditioner for our home. The service professionals always take great care in your home, wearing booties to not track dirt and take all trash items with them. This is an excellent company started by J.D. Steward, an award winning contractor in our area for many years. Highly recommend this company!

My fiance and I bought a house June 29, 2020, in our contract we requested the HVAC be cleaned, serviced, and insured it was operational. The sellers used Oakview Mechanical to take care of the request and they paid $886 to Oakview to insure the HVAC was cleaned, serviced, and operational along with a few other odd jobs. It was summer so of course the first 2 months we did not use the furnace. Yesterday, September 8, 2020, we turned on our heater and it was NOT working.

I made a call to Oakview Mechanical this morning to see if they would come out and look at it since they signed the invoice saying it was operational not even two and a half months ago. They said they could send a service man out for $89. I mentioned that they worked on it a little over two months ago and claimed it was operational. They then went on to say they do not guarantee operation of any of the units they work on, unless you call in within 30 days.

In other words, if you hire them...they service your unit, sign off that it's operational, and 2 months later after NO use at all...tough luck. DO NOT waste your money. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. They obviously do not back the quality of their work. Oakview Mechanical guarantees their work for 30 days and anything past that you better be prepared to pay them for sub par work all over again. It honestly shocked me that the seller paid good money so we could have a operational HVAC system just for Oakview to say it was operational for 30 days. How do you claim a system is operational, clean and service it, just for it to be not operational when turned on!!!

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. After I got off the phone with Oakview, I called WireNut and told them what was going on with our furnace (since they were the ones who installed it in 2015). They offered to send someone out and assured me that they would honor any warranties that may be in affect. The customer service was spectacular at WireNut and they obviously back the quality of their work, even 5 years later.

Pope's plumbing is a very honest & dependable company....they were fully responsible for plumbing for over 500 homes and work was always done right the first time...I recommend Pope's plumbing 100%. Awesome owner's.

Called parkys with a AC no longer cooling issue. I told Parkys I thought we had a leak but wasn’t sure when scheduling the service. Parkys does state that they don’t take any diagnostics over the phone and they needed to send a tech out. Parkys tech confirmed a leak and said in order to find the leak he would have to schedule a separate appointment and charge us for the dye, a leak sealant and the recharge with no promise it would work. When I asked if they had a leak detector the tech said he really doesn’t use those. Another company was able to use a leak detector and find the leak within the first service call with no additional cost to the first call. Not sure but I would think leak detection would be a standard call and practice and you would bring the items needed if that was a possible issue. Going with second company for repair.

They did a good job installing our a/c and furnace. I always say that a mark of a good business isn’t being perfect but their customer service. And despite experiencing a couple hiccups they stepped up and fixed everything. I would use them again for sure.

Jeff and Greg did a great job repairing my well! They replaced the pressure switch and gauge and even removed and replaced pipe insulation. They installed my provided heat tape to ensure no more frozen pipes. I'm very grateful for good, consistant communication and timely work. Very affordable for this single gal. Thank you!

Not only was my plumbing problem not fixed but was actually made worse. I was then told it would run me $9500 to fix it due to my ‘special circumstances’. I was charged almost $400 for this call and at the end of it I felt hustled.

The communication of work done was thorough.I greatly appreciated the photos taken during the work as well as the explanation of what was done. The friendliness and professionalism of our technician was outstanding, along with the explanation of future service options. This was our second time using One Source for routine HVAC maintenance and we will continue to use them for such, as well as for larger projects due to the trust built with the company. Heat went out on a cold night. Joel was there within an hour and got us up and running again quickly! Will use again!
