I have been with one source since 2016. Once I first got them in 2016 they did a good job on sealing my duct work and they did a good job in 2018 when they replace my hot water heater. From 2016-2018 they did a fantastic job on maintaining all my equipment.In 2019 when they came out to inspect my furnace they stated everything was good but I had to call them back because my furnace was not working after it was maintained. In summer of 2019 they came out to do maintenance on my A/C unit and again after that my A/C froze up and again I had to recall them to get my A/C working again. After that I made a request to have a certain technician to come out to do my maintenance.My wife scheduled the maintenance to be done in Aug 2020. The day of the appointment they were going to send out a different technician so we had it rescheduled for Sept 2020. Again without notice they did the same thing by not honoring my request of sending out a specific technician that I requested. I have recently canceled out all services with this company because their customer service department does not honor requests.

James Peck is the best! He is very professional, meticulous and did a great job. It wasn't an easy install because gas lines and pipes had to be moved. He took his time and made sure the job was perfect.

Excellent Plumbing and Heating is a rare find. A friend of mine recommended Rick, and I have been very happy. I am the owner of The Swimmery, a members-only, outdoor swim club, and I have worked with several plumbing contractors in the past who will not get the job done on time...excuses, excuses, excuses. Rick shows up and works until the job is done. He is friendly, professional and goes the extra mile. He also promptly came all the way out to my home in Falcon on the weekend recently to fix a gas leak. I hope to never have to call another plumber again. This so called plumbing company does not hold a master plumbing license in Colorado. They install water heaters for home depot without pulling permits or getting inspections through regional building department of Colorado springs. They use old gas flexes on new heaters, leave leaks from using old water flexes and natural draft venting not properly installed. This would not pass inspection.

Hired in October 2016 to replace pilot starter on water heater. Saturday, 22 Apr, water pilot went out and would not restart. Called tech on duty and also filled out work request on line. Would not listen to fact that city utilities had already been there, insisted that I go thru restarting procedures. After assuring him that pilot would not lit, was more interested in telling me the price of service call. Agreed to wait until Monday for service. Called Monday, was informed one technician was out on an emergency and repairs could not be made til 0800 Wed, 26 Apr.
Would not budge, not try to fit into schedule, or make any concessions. To expect a customer to go 96 hours without hot water is unreasonable.

This company is fantastic! We had a crushed sewer line in the street that affordable rooter fixed. Their price was very reasonable and the job went like clockwork. I couldn't be happier. We have also used them in the past to rooter our sewer line . They have a great bunch of guys working for them who are both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They sent out a mechanic that spent 10-15 minutes out here for $149 to tell me the whole system to include the furnace and hvac need to be replaced and that they will not fix the problem that they THINK is the problem. So they also didn't confirm the actual problem stopping them from following up with the fix!

David was able to get my leak repair done quick and right, even on a holiday time. Pricing was really fair. Would recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services.
