I contacted Leo's late Friday night - they had 2 technicians out first thing Saturday morning. They were kind and courteous, they explained exactly what they were going to do to break up the clog (from roots) and how much it would cost. I would recommend Leo's to everyone! Thanks again!!

BUYER BEWARE -- DO NOT TRUST THEMHad this company replace my A/C in August 2020. At the time they were listed on Angie's List as a reputable company. They were pricey, but we needed the A/C installed quickly because of the high temperatures during that time. Installation went well (so I thought) and the crew was professional. As part of the A/C installation, they offered a Home Care Club that offered a discount and no-fee inspections.I was hesitant, but went ahead and took it. One Source called me a week later to schedule water heater maintenance. When the technician came, he failed to wear a mask, was rude to my spouse and did not provide any information to her when he left. I subsequently received a quote for new water heaters without explanation. I called the company and the tech later contacted me. I asked for an explanation. He was rude and said the water heater needed to be replaced. After further discussion, he finally admitted the water heater didn't need to be replaced. I tried to call One Source back to complain and they wouldn't answer the phone. Fast forward to May, they called for a furnace maintenance. I decided to give them a second chance (bad move). The technician arrived on time and after about 30 minutes, basically said my furnace required costly repairs or replacement. While it is older, I've had it serviced every year by another company and they've never indicated issues to the level he expressed. I look at the costs and asked him why every time a tech showed up to my house, everything had to be replaced. He got huffy with me and I told him I didn't trust him or his company. The next morning, I woke up to a cold house. The furnace was on, but not heating up the house. It was igniting so it was just blowing air. I called another company at the recommendation of a friend. The technician came over within an hour of my call. I explained the situation and he took a look at the furnace. He quickly found that an electrical connection was broken on the unit. It was a piece that is NOT easily broken. He quickly fixed it at no charge. He also noted that my electrostatic filter was the wrong size for my A/C and furnace and that there was unfiltered air being sucked into the unit. This electrostatic filter was installed by One Source in August. I called One Source and expressed my dissatisfaction and was passed to an individual named Courtney. They did not have record of my complaint about the water heater visit and told me that technician had been fired. I asked them to fix the situation with the air filter because that was their responsibility. I also asked that they no longer contact me expect for an update on the air filter. That was Friday, May 7. It is now Wed, May 12 and I have heard NOTHING from this company. This company is overpriced, is dishonest, and tries to take all your money. They tout being a veteran owned business, but it's just a marketing gimmick (I am an AF retiree). They do not care about their customers.

Came out Monday to fix one thing, discovered something else. These guys are so awesome! - due to an inconvenience they perceived, they tried to reduce my bill by half.

He gave me a quote and we scheduled the install. Sean and another guy came out and did the install. They arrived early, wore booties, had all the correct parts, kept the area clean and tidy and had it installed very quickly. They walked me through how to maintain the new humidifier and where to get filters. Super professional, high quality install. Highly recommend.

Parkey’s has been great to work with! They have always been honest and suggested the easiest/cheapest fix for both HVAC issues I’ve had. I have never felt like they were trying get me to spend more money. I will keep using their services!

Driver with the Ford f250 white with plate # OXE227 just came inches from smashing my car cutting over on Jerry Murphy just now. I'm honking away but he has on these giant head phones and can't hear a thing. You should not have unsafe drivers like this working for you!

They replaced a hot water heater that had started leaking on very short notice. There were a couple of issues with the install, but every time I called they sent someone out right away and didn't stop until the problem was resolved.

Greg Martinez conducted an extensive service on my Rinnai RL75i Tankless Hot Water heater and was able to troubleshoot quickly. After completion, Hot Water heater was working better than ever. Thanks, Greg for your exceptional knowledge of these systems and great attitude.

I scheduled an appointment online with WireNut and the work was scheduled and done the next day. A $29 service call which was not bad is the initial fee to get someone out to the house. Things became interesting with the price to replace the outlet. One outlet!!! I had an outdoor outlet replaced with a cover. Kind of pricey!! It cost $313 to replace one outlet and add a cover, which is ridiculous. It took the electrician about 7 minutes to do the replacement. I don't see how they can justify this amount for 7 minutes worth of work. To make matters worse, I may need to call the electrician back to check the outlet again because it pushes in when I insert a plug in the socket. This was one of the problems before the service and I made this known to the electrician. They have a warranty on their work so hopefully it's honored and there are no out of pocket expenses since I called to make them aware of the issue on the same day as the service. All of that money and it's still not right. Definitely one and done with this company. It's my fault though, I should have denied the repair and just pay the service call fee. I know electrical service is not cheap, but I was charged way too much for the work that was done.

Rheem water heater installed in less than three hours with new and improved valves, expansion tank and copper lines. Good quality at a reasonable price.

The technician called to let me know he was ahead of schedule, so he came 1/2 hour earlier and completed the work in 45 minutes. He was very professional.
