Best Main Water Valve in Colorado Springs CO

The technicians who showed up were awesome only reason the company got three stars. Wife and I called to have some appliances/fixtures put up. We are both disabled veterans and have 30 ft ceilings. This work is too risky for us. The person who took the call assured us the techs would be able to instal the fixtures same day and the 30 ft ceilings wouldn’t be a problem. Good job to the techs however, the call center needs some work. Basically wasted time on both sides. Disappointing experience.

Was give Mark's number by my daughter who has also used him. Let's just say this man is amazing!! He came out to fix our leaky faucet & did an excellent job! He even took the time out to give us an estimate on flipping our washroom around! His prices are the absolute best & has even come out on an emergency for my daughter in the middle of the night & still kept the price very reasonable!! I've been a customer of Alphalete Plumbing and Heat for several years now. I've used them for minor sink repairs, water heater upgrade, complete restroom remodels, and now central air installation. They have always been fair with pricing in comparison to other companies. Always on time, & everything is explained in detail. Life long customer here!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

This is the best plumbing I've come across, very attentive, charley is a great guy very kind and the gentleman who did my plumbing was so nice and funny with a weird laugh forgot his name. He was super nice I enjoyed his company. Don't hesitate to give them your business . Thanks guys
