We've used Always Plumbing & Heating two times since moving into our new home, and both times have been excellent experiences. Not only did it cost less than we were expecting (both times!), but Ed was very friendly and polite. He patiently explained the problems and answered our questions. The second time he came on short notice and was more than happy to help. We will not hesitate to use Always Plumbing for future plumbing needs and absolutely recommend them.

Technician arrived within allotted window; explained what he was there to do; answered all our questions about furnace and program we previously purchased. Made us feel more comfortable about the money we spent purchasing a maintenance plan.

Had some roots growing in the crawlspace drain pipe section. Dwayne came out and cleared the clog and drain that afternoon. I definitely recommend his service. Great price too.

I called around to multiple companies to get a sewer scope done. When I found Springs Rooter and talked to Fred on the phone, I knew this was who I wanted to come out. He had all the answers to my questions and was very knowledgeable. Price was right too!

Sorry to see the one star reviews from several people looking for a water heater. My experience was totally the opposite. The time was around noon. I went to Home Depot site looking into a new water heater. It was 2 minutes after I put in an installation estimate request that I got a call from Delta. They gave me an accurate estimate on the spot. By 3pm Jordon arrived with new Rheem water heater. By 4pm he was done. Very professional and polite all the way. As a side note. Earlier I had another large company come to my home for a hot water healer estimate. Their estimate was $1200 higher for a heater with 3 yrs less on the guarantee
and 1 year less on labor warranty.

Chris was professional, knowledgeable, right on time and definitely knows the business. He offered to look at a problem we are having with a spigot and said it can be repaired, so we'll make an appointment to get that fixed.

I do NOT recommend this company! To attempt to charge someone $1,000+ to disconnect and later reconnect a water supply valve and cap the water supply line is simply unconscionable. I had B&L Plumbing come out this morning to shut off a water valve/supply line in advance of a new kitchen counter and sink removal. I also previously scheduled their return visit in two days to reconnect after the new counter, sink, & faucet are installed. I was quoted $1000+ ($364 for today’s visit to shut off the water supply valve and cap the water supply, and $300 to reconnect water supply line to homeowner-provided faucet, and $350 to reconnect water supply line to owner-provided sink & basket in two days). Upon hearing these charges, I canceled the appointment for Thursday informing him that the $1,000 total price and even the $364 for the 3 minutes it took him to shut off the water supply line and cap it today was excessively high. I informed him that the price he is quoting me is over $700 higher than the national average, Home Depot’s estimated pricing available online, and what had been told to me by the granite counter companies who work with licensed plumbers daily, as well as many home flippers who likewise do the same. Upon calling a family member who has flipped homes for over 40years and having a conversation about being ripped off in his presence, B&L’s plumber then agreed to lower the price for the 3 minute water shut up (10minutes total home visit) appointment to $264. Again, to attempt to charge someone over $1,000 to disconnect and later reconnect a water supply valve and cap water supply line is unconscionable. As such, I would not recommend B&L Plumbing at all! I shared my above concerns with Chelsea, who, in my two interactions with her was very professional. She simply asked that I include in my review that her plumber eventually lowered the price AFTER I told him it was excessive.
