Far from affordable. But considering the supply and demand in this town, I can see how they can make this claim.First experience was a few years back when I had personally replaced my water heater but found out I needed a permit & a technician to certify the installation. AP's quote: $300, just for the paper work. Didn't use their service.Second experience: Emergency call on the weekend. Almost $700 to stop a leak caused by a trim nail from prior owner; took the technician 2 tries since he cut the hose in the wrong place; left a huge hole on the wall while trying to search for the leak. Parts were probably $10, Davis Bacon hourly salary $100/hr (incl'd o/t), for 1hr job. You can probably figure out their overhead and profit.Lesson learned.On the bright side, they are very professional, friendly, and punctual.Note: this feedback is for the consumer, not this company. I'm not here to QC/QA this company's work by providing names, dates, and other specifics. These folks should have a supervisor overseeing the work at random times & job sites to check on the craftsmanship of work if they are going to charge 10x the cost of repair.

I had a great experience. The price and service is impeccable. I'm familiar with other companies in the springs and Leo's is by far superior in many ways. I almost look forward to having plumbing problems again just so I can I have a true professional plumber or drain tech work on my home. I now know who to call! Jorge did wonderful job of new basement intall of bathroom and bar. Very personable and consciousness. Highly recommend. Very skilled but at a reasonable price. Completed shower/tub, sink and toilet. Bar install: garbage disposal, sink and dishwasher. Very kind even when we made last minute changes from tile to vinyl floors. He had to redo toilet drain but completed quickly and professionally. Really cares that customer is happy with job. Thank you GSES!

This is the first 5 star review I've given for a business that didn't do the work BUT they were fantastic. I needed help after another company botched a job leaving us worse off than before the repairs. I called Always hoping they could do same day work. Unfortunately they couldn't squeeze me in BUT they were able to refer me to another company that could. It is so refreshing and rare to work with a company that wants to see the problem solved even if they aren't the ones to do it. A HUGE thank you to Always Plumbing and the excellent customer service.

Have to admit, I was off to a shaky start with this company. Appointments were made and continually rescheduled. More than a bit frustrating. An appt set for between 10 and 12 actually took place at 3:30. Turns out a part was not in and technician was waiting until time frame it was supposed to be in.Arthur spent several hours working on my boiler. Problem solved. Almost. Still no hot water 4 hours after he departed with the assurance he would be back the following Monday with a new ignitor. Arthur had left me his number and asked me to call if there was still an issue. Sadly, I had to call him and Saturday morning, bright and early, there he was. When he couldn't figure out the problem, he called a superior to come help out. I was impressed that he asked for assistance. He kept reassuring me, they would figure it out and not leave me in the lurch. Problem was solved. No extra charges. No additional parts needed. Arthur kept me informed throughout. This company trains their employees well and the employees treat their customers like family, or at least that is how I felt. Much gratitude to all involved.

I called around to multiple companies to get a sewer scope done. When I found Springs Rooter and talked to Fred on the phone, I knew this was who I wanted to come out. He had all the answers to my questions and was very knowledgeable. Price was right too!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Nathan did a great job with repairing our ac unit after the dog chewed some wires . We appreciated how fast he was able to get everything up and running again .

Andrew Coleman came out for replacement of my water heater . Did excellent work . Found problems with prior company Patriot pros lied about codes who screwed me . He fixed everything needed and gave written and photo proof of what was fixed . Very honest and genuine guy. Will use again for sure .

I have used Oak View Mechanical on multiple occasions and absolutely love them. This company is truly amazing to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, on time, do quality work and at a reasonable price. I can't say enough nice things about them. I would highly recommend!!!

Had an exterior faucet water leak that was going into my basement wall/ ceiling. Shane came by was fast and got the repairs made quickly. He was courteous and they even had shoe covers so they don't track stuff into the house. Wonderful customer service. Recommend to everyone
