Absolutely wonderful service. The guys were fast and courteous, and got our new furnace and thermostat installed in about 5 hours. They also cleaned up when they were done, which was awesome (there was a lot of dust under the old furnace). I will definitely be using them again.

Great service! It was easy to make an appointment, they came quickly and finished the job in 15 minutes. I called them to give me a second opinion for a job that was supposed to cost me thousands with a different company. They fixed it in 15 min for a minimal fee. Ryan and Kevin were so pleasant to work with too.

Horrible experience with this company. Michael was kind and professional but while assessing my needs to provide an estimate he caused wires to pop, sparks to fly and lights to flicker. Twice. After he left I felt uneasy about being in the house with my 2 girls and cat so I called to express my concern. I was told that definitely should not have happened and they will have someone come back out right away.2 hours later nobody had come by or called. I called them back, new person answered the phone, Brandon had no clue what I was talking about, there were no notes on my account, no one was notified to come back out to my house. Brandon told me he would listen to my previous call and dispatch someone to come out, at the least call me.An hour later no phone call, no knock at my door. Still very concerned about the well-being of myself and my family and frustrated by the lack of follow up and communication I call for a 3rd time and speak to Billy. Billy had no clue about my situation or previous phone calls. He was not understanding of my frustration or sympathetic to my needs. He was rude and actually told me he would hang up on me when I expressed my frustration and concern. His resolution was to tell me Michael would not have left my house if there was cause for concern and he would have Michael call me tomorrow.I would not recommend this company due to their lack of follow up, accountability, communication and professionalism and will be sharing my story with anyone who will listen.

I live in this house for over 33 years. Only plumbing business I have dealt with is Smith plumbing and heating. I do small repairs my self. When I need professional job, I make appointment with Smith plumbing and heating. Great service and fair price every time. Just had my heating system serviced and gas leak repaired by Marion and Brian, great job, great price and I feel safe in my house. Thank you all.

Outstanding heating and cooling company. Honesty and excellence through and through. Schedile them to check out your furnace and humidifier in the Fall and your air conditioning in the Spring. Great company.

We had an inspector come look at my water heater. He told me there wasn't a gas valve (turns out there was). It took 6 weeks of phone calls and emails to have someone come replace said gas valve. That was scheduled for 9am... They didn't show up, instead they sent someone out here 5 hours later who said gas valve is fine but your vents aren't big enough and a pipe is 1in too long (he also had to mention that a customer is now without heat because he was pulled from a job to come to mine). Apparently its my fault that they can't meet the schedule they make. I said I'll just remove the door to fix said vent problem just cut the 1in pipe... 2 months to get them to take 5 minutes to cut 1in from a pipe, 170 dollars and finally ready for the city to inspect a damn water heater.

I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service.

He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up.

We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. I've already sent his card to anyone looking for HVAC work!

Very quick, affordable, honest, and professional. We had a busted pipe out back and they sent someone out within a couple hours of my calling and he fixed it. Definitely going to be our go to for all our plumbing needs.

Chris came right away the day our furnace stopped. It was of course on the weekend. He was able to find the part and fix it before the freezing temperatures came. I have used and highly recommended Parkey's to anyone looking for a great and honest company.

Derrick came out and thoroughly looked over my furnace. He told me what was wrong and offered to clean the system and look for gas leaks. He was very professional and took time explaining everything. Highly recommend Caliber and Derrick.

Sam came out to diagnose our air conditioning. He was very friendly and personable. He explained everything and got the electrician set up quickly so we could safely move forward in the work that needed to be done.

I was able to get an appointment within a day after calling several other HVAC companies.
