Needed emergency service as heater failed during 20 degree weather. Affordable Plumbing/Heating came out at 10:30 pm, and got us up and heating.

I hope you have better luck with this company than I had. I had a drain line backup Sunday morning so I called Leo's at my daughter's suggestion. They said they'd be out later in the afternoon. To their credit they did call about 5 pm and said they were running behind but still planning to come. I suggested they wait until the next day. She said, Great. Do you prefer morning or afternoon? I said morning. At 11 am I called and they said they should be there by noon. At 2 pm I had still not heard from them so I cancelled and went elsewhere.

This company is garbage. I had them install my a/c and a new furnace for $14000. They installed it but didn't pull the proper permits for the job. Now i am trying to get them to do their job right and their call person gets snotty with me. Fine, we can take this to court, i don't put up with intentional bad service. I don't recommend this company, even if they fix their bad service.

Mike and his crew did a great job on the installation of our new air conditioner! They were professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. Mike and crew were quick to respond and make things right when we had problems with our old unit. Turns out, the people who previously installed the unit didn't retrofit our ductwork properly. Mike helped us understand our options so that we could make the right decision and investment in our home. His crew came out and installed our new unit in the blistering heat during the worst heat wave of the summer. They worked so hard! It's obvious the crew wants to do great work and deliver quality products and services. Also, the office crew was very helpful, quick to respond and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

We have been a member of HVAC solution's service plan-- where they come out every winter and spring to ensure our systems are working properly. For the last 3 years we have had issues with our AC freezing when we turn it on-regardless of HVAC saying it's fine upon our yearly inspection. Over the last 3 years we have spent over 2k on top of our maintenance plans trying to get this fixed. They have sent out tech telling us everything is fine
Or it's fixed only for it to freeze the first time it comes on in the summer. The last visit was the final straw-- $700 bill for 2 techs to come out, at $145 an hour, to fix a problem that should have been fixed 3 years ago. We paid the bill, but I would never recommend their services or their service plans. It's a joke. They just keep sending techs that never fix the problem and keep charging more.

In August we developed problems with our old hot water heater. We called several plumbers in the Colorado Springs area. Some would not schedule an appointment for one to two weeks. Then we called Oak View Mechanical. They put us in touch with their master plumber, Tim, and he said he could look at our problem the same day. Since we have an older house, the replacement evolved into a major project. County codes had changed and our venting no longer met code. We also had to replace our old furnace, as well as the hot water heater. Also, the old electricity was only 110 volts and had to be upgraded to 220. With this change, we decided to also install an air conditioner.

Oak View’s owner (Joe), master plumber (Tim), and master mechanic (Dana), and the owner of the electric company they recommended (Mark, Gaddie Electric) came to our house at the same time to look at the project and discuss it with us. At every step of the way, they consulted with us to insure they were doing what we wanted and promptly answered our questions. They staged the job and coordinated with everyone involved to minimize the inconvenience to us. They did the removal, installation, and rewiring in only two days! They set up the appointment with the county inspectors on a day convenient for us. They were very considerate of us and cleaned up all the debris. Our job was unusual because the house, hot water heater, and furnace were so old. Joe, Tim, Dana, and Mark were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Pope's plumbing is a very honest & dependable company....they were fully responsible for plumbing for over 500 homes and work was always done right the first time...I recommend Pope's plumbing 100%. Awesome owner's.

Chris arrived promptly, put on his protective booties and got right to work. He explained what he was doing, step by step. I had a build up of mold in the humidifier drain tubing, and replaced it with a larger diameter. Obviously, Chris knows what he is doing! He was courteous and pleasant throughout. I will definitely request him for further service calls on my Parkey’s installed HVAC system.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.
