We've called them in a couple times to get our new home in order. They're prompt, reasonable, and reasonably priced. I'd say they're honest, too. There was something they told us we could do ourselves to avoid having to pay them for it. We had them do it anyway since I don't know what I'm doing and don't want to mess anything up, but it speaks to their character that they didn't shroud it in mystery as though I couldn't handle it myself.

I am selling my house and needed a professional HVAC technician to inspect the furnace. One Source had a great deal on Groupon for a furnace tune-up. The technician came out and after 15 minutes of looking at it he told me I need to replace the motor and that it was leaking oil. I thought that was a little old since we have never had any issues. I waited for the report and estimate of how much they would quote me to fix it but I never received it so I called and had to ask for them to send it to me. Once I received it I was astonished by the $600 estimate to fix a motor and a cleaning. I figured I should have a second opinion done. Let's just say I will never be using One source again... my furnace is working properly and I believe they were just trying to get me to replace a working motor so they could make a profit. I would be careful with any deal as they try and get out to your home to spend money you don't need to.

Josh Frieda was polite came out took care of the situation in no time at all. He notice that my water heater was installed back in 2008 and I might need to think about replacing it soon and I have the quote and I might just be giving Smith and plumbing a call. Thank you Josh

Outstanding. We have had HVAC Solutions come to our business to assist us with our HVAC units. 2 of the Units are 41 years old! They diagnosed the problems (one of which is old units), supplied us with alternatives and assisted us. I am not one to speak about pricing. To some cheap is what they want and then will complain about receiving bad results. I believe in value and that is what I have received from the tech's who came to our facility. With 3 units that went out all at the same time, they were expediate, kind, and knowledgeable about how to fix the problem at professional rates. We appreciate them and will utilize them again.

What can I say except amazing. I have used this company now on 3 separate occasions and each time the crews are on time, courteous and go above and beyond. Eric and David are great guys who really know their stuff. If you have to call for help make Olson(David or Eric) your first call!!

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. The new office team understood our wish of timely response due to the fact we are far away from the location and the icing on the cake >>> CHRISTMAS COOKIES --- THANK you so much - we love them and the extra mile OVM goes to see their customers happy. No pressure estimate with multiple options. Tim was exceptional, took the time to go through multiple options and provided a very reasonable estimate for everything.

We have used Caliber Services at our rental, since 2009. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. We've used others in the past that were a nightmare! It is so refreshing to have honest people at your property doing repairs, when you live in another state. They do great work and are reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone! You won't be disappointed!!

I have hired this company for work at 5 or 6 houses and they have been great! They have been fair in their pricing and punctual with their sceduling. They actually put a new furnace in one of my houses and I really expected them to turn down the job because of the difficulty of the project. These guys are locally owned and very honest. I would recommend them without hesitation!!

Flowright employees, Joe Archuleta and Christian Johnson, did an excellent job in diagnosing and repairing our boiler which provides not only hot water for our daily use but also our radiant floor heating. Wright total indoor comfort has turned into a horrible company. There techs dont know what they are doing and cant fix anything correctly. Dont us this company.

We purchased solar panels as well as a new furnace and now need service on our thermostat. I have called 15 times to no avail. I even talked with Brian the manager as well as office staff being assured they would get back to me for our problem. Still waiting, now over 2 months. We are sorely disappointed.
