My technician was great! I'm sorry to say, They didn’t charge the correct amount, but some reason it’s now my fault. Avoid this company at all costs! This company is miles away from any personalized/ professional service, It didn't matter what financial position I was in as I already paid them $375.00 for 10 min of work and they could not match up the bathroom sink valves, for that price, I should have gotten matching Gold Valves. They demanded $200.00 or else. I was willing to pay, but I needed time as I get paid once a month. I paid some lady in Georgia, claiming to be the collection agency for the All ‘Not’ so ‘Affordable Plumming and Heating who threatened to put a lean against my home over $200.00, yeah, it would take more money than that-to place a lean, think before you speak, your losing money for the Company. She misspelled my email, was not detailed at all, was not thorough in her policies, we asked for a receipt, she could only guarantee an invoice, as it was explain that would come from somewhere else.I've been effected like many due to the Pandemic this company doesn't have a clue. It will fail eventually because it's out of touch and management is like pay me or else! That's a bad business model, good luck

On Sunday we were calling different plumbing companies to see who could come out since we were having a plumbing emergency happening. When we called Leo's they had contacted us back in a timley matter and sent Eduardo. Eduardo was very nice,patient,and dedicated to help solve our plumbing emergency. When Eduardo was at our house we had used a previous plumbing company who told us they installed and charged us for a piece that was never installed. This company was prompt, honest, reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend this company and be using them again in the future. Thank you again

Brian was super helpful and accommodating to help us with both a leaky sink and shower. He was friendly and made sure the job got done as quickly as he could, even when that meant coming back the next day with needed parts.

Carmine communicated well, was prepared for and undeterred by the inevitable curve balls that a 123 year old brick house can throw at you.

Been using HVAC Solutions for many, many years (about 16 I believe) for my furnance and A/C. . Always efficient, on time, knowledgeable, honest, thorough, explains everything, and just the best Heating and A/C business in town. Kudos and thanks to Johnny today for another through and complete service on my furnance.

I have nothing but respect and gratitude for this company. I was in quite the pickle and they went above and beyond for me. I never realized just how important a clean garbage disposal is when it comes to my dishwasher. Lesson learned.

They sent out a mechanic that spent 10-15 minutes out here for $149 to tell me the whole system to include the furnace and hvac need to be replaced and that they will not fix the problem that they THINK is the problem. So they also didn't confirm the actual problem stopping them from following up with the fix!

They are my go-to for all my plumbing and HVAC needs, and they’ve done work in my own home numerous times. Everyone on the team is friendly, helpful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, and they ALWAYS provide great service. Highly recommend!

I have done business with Alphalete Mechanical twice now and could not be more pleased. The first water heater replacement went off without a hitch and the building inspector told us that he wished more people did work like this. When we had need of a plumber at another house, our first call was to Alphalete and we were not disappointed. The work was done fast and accurate. We cannot thank these guys enough and if we need a plumber again, we will hire them in a heartbeat.

David was the plumber who installed my new water heater. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, answering my questions and keeping me informed on what he was doing. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and he cleaned up after himself! The office staff was quite helpful, contacting me very quickly after I submitted my request through Angi and e-mailing a quote, the only company to do that. This is a professional company who I will look to in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Excellent and timely service. There was serious root problem with clay pipe. Brendan, Greg, and Jeff and their crew were terrific and responsive. The were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job to stay on budget. We would certainly call Flow Right for any future issues. Job well done !

If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule my yearly AC service. Two months out? Unacceptable. Increase your capacity. We purchased an AC, furnace and water heater within the span of about six months early last year and have a contract for three years of AC and furnace services. I expect that to be honored within a timely manner and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The manager was extremely disrespectful and rose her voice with me when I requested some sort of resolution. This is not the way a business should be ran.

My husband even phoned to gain some further information and when she found out who he was she instantly rose her voice with him. Then a general manager phoned my husband and began to curse at him when he asked for business address. Stated to find it online. Aren't you supposed to provide that when asked? It seems like you're hiding something.

met with multiple employees to fix a shower drainage problem, they seemed like they would be good and professional. They needed to do work 2 days in and under my apartment. when the job was finished they left leaving multiple tools and materials, leaving the shower disgustingly dirty (not the condition it was when they arrived) and breaking the toilet paper holder off of my wall. They were extremely unprofessional and told me that they don't get paid to clean up. would not recommend them.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Currently not happy with their service. I know its the last year for the $15K tax credit but I need my existing system repaired. Been down almost two weeks. Come on guys!

They installed my solar panel system in 2014. I was happy with the service for the first year or so. Then, it went downhill. On November 20, 2022, my system stopped working. I called and never got a return call. I left messages or the phone just rang. Finally, in mid-December, I drove to the office and found the manager in his office. He told me he had received my messages but didn't have time to return a call. He said his business had been sold to someone on the East Coast and was no longer locally owned. The number of solar techs was decimated during Covid and he couldn't find skilled people to replace them. (Guessing they went to the other solar companies that have popped up.)

He told me I had to call the manufacturer for service now. Ugh. After a month of being down, I finally learned that. However, as a favor he logged a ticket with them and sent his last tech out to take a look at my system. The tech could not fix the issue and the issue was sent to the manufacturer. I had to wait 2 months for them to come out. But when they showed up, they fixed the issue within about 25 minutes.

This company is no longer reliable. I won't be using them again.
