Best Hvac in Colorado Springs CO

I had a valve that was leaking and needed replaced. The valve was easy to get to and shutting off the water to the house was no problem. If I had the tools I would've done it myself. The tech was nice and communication was good but I paid 638$ to replace one valve. The tech was there less than an hour. When I got the invoice I was charged for 4 feet of pipe. No new pipe was installed. The valve cost 25$ at lowes. So labor cost was 600 for approx 1 hour? I've worked in the trades before that was not a 600$ job. I feel like I was taken to the cleaners. I was charged for bleeding the water lines for 1 hour he wasn't even there for hour and that consisted of turning on the tub to let the water run out. If you are looking for someone affordable keep looking. I couldn't believe it!

Leo's was recommended, so I had them come service some clogged drains. Once everything was unclogged, 1 week later I had to have them return (at no charge) to fix the same clog. I was hoping this was the last time I would experience this, however 1 week later, my drains clogged again. This time I called Roto-Rooter; a local plumber recommended them because they have larger machinery and are equipped with a camera to scope. Leo's also has a camera to scope for problems, however this would have to be scheduled for a different appointment. I did notice that Roto-Rooter brought in a much larger machine to unclog the drains; this might also be another factor to consider. While Roto-Rooter is more expensive, I would have opted to use them the first time around to save hours and hours of time away from work, which would have honestly saved me more money in the long run. Behind the scenes with clogs is cleanup, drywall repair, and painting. Again, I don't think the technicians at Leo's did anything wrong, in fact I was told that for way the pipes are ran in my home, they did everything they could. I can also say that Leo's was very responsive. I just don't think they had the equipment to handle the job at-hand, and was denied a refund.

Very Very pleased with Jonathan. He was very polite and respectful. He is the best tech that I have ever had. He is the first person who came out and did not drop the lid on the crawl space he sat it down gently. I will request him for all my maintenance on the furnace and AC

Smith Plumbing and Heating has done a great job! They did extensive work on our heating, electrical and sewage systems. They were all prompt, courteous and professional and all of the techs that came out to our home had a wealth of knowledge in each of their disciplines and treated our home and family respectfully! I am also appreciative that they cleaned up after themselves at the close of each day! I am also thankful to the whole office team (from the ladies fielding my calls to the finance department and project coordination) for the considerations and professional manner in which our projects were handled. I'm grateful for all of the work done by the whole team over at Smith Plumbing and Heating!

Had carl come out to visit. Quick and efficient work ethic. Very smart, but absolute terrible customer service. Ripped the invoice out of my hand started heavy breathing and this look in his eye like he was gonna get physical. All because I asked if they had a 1.5 hour minimum or if they charged for driving time. Just trying to find out how they priced because I couldn't find it on there website. Overall not a pleasant experience, because this is my home and yeah. Still have three stars because he came out at 6 at night.

I strongly recommend Oak View Mechanical. Their technician, Joseph, was very professional in the way he conducted himself. He was polite, answered any questions I had, and even covered his feet before coming into the house. It's obvious their technicians are well educated and make worthwhile recommendations.

Our backflow device was leaking which caused it to flood the office. We called Alphalete and they sent out Diego the same day to take a look at it. He quoted us almost half the price of another company and started the work the next day. He was on time and got the job done quickly and correctly. He got us set up with two things to help prevent this from happening to us again! We really appreciate Alphalete and will definitely use them again for our company and personally for our houses. Comfort By Design identified the issue when multiple others did not. This is a company of character that does the right thing and does not sell you something that you don't need. Very impressed with Comfort By Design!

We had a HVAC issue with our new-build home not cooling or heating properly on the coldest and hottest days. We determined to get some quotes (five) on how to correct the issue from multiple contractors, the last of which was Comfort by Design who we had met at a home show. John (co-owner of the company) came out personally to do a complimentary quote, looked at every component of our setup, and then did some research into the design. Comfort By Design identified that our system (blower) had not been installed in accordance with the permitted design documents and gave me recommendations on how to proceed with our builder and set up a follow up call closer to the summer to connect with us; all four other contractors gave various quotes to replace different pieces of the system, not one of them identifying the real issue.

Go with Comfort By Design, hands down!

Eric came out as our technician very promptly on the day of our appointment. He was very thorough, and although he originally thought we were going to need to replace a pump, in checking things out completely, he discovered that a part had just gotten temporarily stuck in place, and he got it to open up and start working again. He carefully tested it again to make certain it remained in working order. We appreciated his time and consideration in trying to determine that we had the proper repair done. Eric was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We have been customers of Flow Right for many years---and it is excellent staff like Eric that will keep us calling when we need a repair!

They came out looked at it, claimed it was unfixable, and tried to sell me a new furnace for $7k and charged me $59.00 for their time. I decided to get a second opinion. My tenant spent another cold night until Talmich came and repaired it for $225 the next day.

Our system was installed for $20k, and has never worked. When we asked Bestway to make it work, they told us it was simply that we didn't understand what cold was or what it was like living in the mountains. Been here 16 years btw. Had to hire another company to fix the boiler they barely installed and still trying to figure out how to make the solar function at all so many years later. I highly recommend not going with this company.
