My son lives in Colorado Springs and I live in Pennsylvania. They were dealing with extreme high water pressure and I coordinated this project from PA with this company. Todd was amazing and completed the project the next day. They installed a pressure reducing valve. From what my son told me, Xavier who did the repair was professional and kept them informed of when they would arrive at the house. It was so refreshing working with this company that had friendly and knowledgeable service. I would highly recommend them.

The technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was also very courteous upon arrival. He was quick to evaluate the plumbing job on hand, discussed the job, and quickly gave me repair options. I would definitely hired them again. Andrew has a good work ethic.

A different contractor did a sewer line job on the neighbors property that backs up to my property (the houses are back-to-back...no fence). The job ended up dragging on for weeks. One night I came home and found a large equipment trailer (think large horse trailer) parked in my driveway next to the house. This trailer belonged to Olson Plumbing who was working as a sub for the other contractor. I called the number on the trailer and left a voicemail, which was never returned. Someone stopped that night (prime contractor) to apologize for it being there and that it would be gone by 7:30 the next morning. Turns out it was a compressor that ran all night. The next afternoon it was still there when I returned home. I called the number on the trailer to have it removed, which was done that night. The next morning there were workers in my driveway stretching out sewer lining and backing a van up my driveway. I informed them I was done having them use my property for access and work area and asked them to use the easement if they needed needed some space. I was told it would only take 30 minutes and it was the “only way” they could do the job. When done, one individual (owner?) apologized for the intrusion and left.

Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! Replace water heater. Best price in town & excellent service.

We had CSU out to check a gas leak, they found the valve and connector to the stove we're leaking and shut off the valve. So we made an appointment with Parkeys because we were quoted $79 plus repairs. They came out, no quote before work. All that was done was seal the line, no parts replaced. And the total bill $215. Will not use Parkeys again, I canceled the furnace service I had scheduled.UPDATE: Tim the manager heard of my review, scoured through his system and found my husband's name(which all this was under) and gave him a call. They talked and by the end of the conversation, Tim graciously agreed to a 50% refund.

Derrick came out and thoroughly looked over my furnace. He told me what was wrong and offered to clean the system and look for gas leaks. He was very professional and took time explaining everything. Highly recommend Caliber and Derrick.
