Best Hot Water in Colorado Springs CO

We have had numerous issues with this company and their inability to ACTUALLY provide a decent service. There have been numerous appointments set for them to come service and fix our ac unit and every single appointment nobody showed up to our home and the appointment kept being moved because it either they double booked their technician or they said nobody was home. Which doesn’t make sense when you have cameras on your home and two people at the residence waiting for them to arrive. The company doesn’t even have the courtesy to reach out and let us know about the scheduling conflict. Don’t waste your time using them because they are definitely going to waste your time.

Called this morning about a pipe leak under the house,got an appt for in the morning. Was called an hour later,they had a cancellation and would be right out. Thank you Skip for not only fixing the pipe,leaking faucet and shower,but for being so patient with the 2 little helpers who followed your every move. Thumbs up for this company!!!

My water heater’s gas valve broke. I called Team Plumbing late Monday afternoon, left a voicemail, and they got back early Tuesday morning. They were very quick to send a guy out. The plumber “fixed” my water heater then left. There was a huge gas leak though, so I called Team Plumbing and they sent him back to fix it. Unfortunately, even after his second attempt, there was still a smaller gas leak.

I called them back and left another voicemail on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning, they sent two different guys back over to fix the leak. Chris and David were their names as I recall. These guys were very thorough and spent a couple of hours making sure everything was ship shape, which I really appreciated.

So I guess depending on which plumber you get, you could either have a very good or very bad experience.

Fast, friendly, reasonable price and the Stephen Wright who came out did a awesome job. He was professional and did a beautiful job. I would recommend him and Affordable Rooter Inc.

It's a pretty devastating thing to own a new business and find out your sewage lines are totally shot., but we felt like we were in good hands with the guys at Mr. Rooter: everyone from Braxton and Dante' in the pits, to having the owner Charlie, and his management team Dan, Larry and Doug on-site to oversee the work. The team dedication, problem-solving skills and ability, hard work, determination and efforts were a great comfort and very impressive. Can't say I was happy to have to deal with such issues and expense as we try to get up and going, but I was smiling when I handed over the check and said good-bye for now because they were so great to work with and we felt that it was a very fair price for the work done. I know we'll be doing lots of business together in the future (thanks to tree roots, old lines and inconsiderate guests putting things down out toilets they absolutely shouldn't) and while I have lots of good friends in the business, these guys couldn't be beat for price, customer service and confidence in the work done. Thank you Mr. Rooter, for getting us up and going as quickly as possible so we could rent out all of our rooms again and not lose any more business than we had to. Your expediency was critical. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Very professional did a excellent job thanks for a great job

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Dave was on time, very helpful, and explained everything he was doing. Helped out with our humidifier, taking the time to show me how to keep it in good working order. Needed a part for our furnace and he went to the warehouse, got the part and installed it. Highly recommend Comfort by Design.

I found Green plumbing using google search. I gave Jeff a call when I saw they had over 70 reviews with a 5 Star rating. I spoke with Jeff on Saturday, he came out for an estimate on Monday, then his son came out to conduct the repairs and installation on Thursday. Both Jeff and Jason are very friendly, professional, and most importantly proficient. I was given a fair price for the job and am very happy with the results and the time in which it was completed. I will certainly be calling Green Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again guys.

Tony Fluegel and his team did a great job. Our house was an electrical basket case and Tony was able to straighten it all out and we now have the safest house on the block. It was a major job taking several days and they worked overtime and in the coldest days of the year. I was super impressed. The final bill was exactly what they estimated even though they did extra work. I would recommend the WireNut to anyone.

These guys are ones to call when you’re looking for experienced and reasonably priced work- they just finished a residential home plumbing repair for me without any problem- after another company had given it several tries. Next time I’m calling Herman’s first.

My family purchased our Solar System with Bestway Mechanical. From start to finish it was easy and installation was so fast! They even came back out to help me better understand my monitoring system this past week! :)
