I called up this morning because we were having plumbing issues and spoke with Lisa as well as marry and they are just the sweetest sent out someone in the morning and when kevin arrived who was our technician he was just wonderful they really care about helping and also being affordable I would recommend them !!!

Larry came by to help me with a strange sound my pipes were making. He quickly found the cause and offered me a couple options for repair (my house had some necessary extras...likely to boost cost when the house was built). We opted for the fix that would have the best long-term results (and removed a few of the unnecessary extras).Larry was friendly and very helpful. After making the fix, while checking the water pressure in the house, he took the extra time to check another piping problem and suggested some ways to fix it.I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again! Water heater died on a Monday night, went on Angie's List Tuesday morning and found Alphalete Plumbing & Heat. I submitted my request and got a call back in about 10 minutes. I explained what I was looking for, got a quote, and booked an appointment for Wed morning. Walter and Donny arrived on time, did quick, clean work and brought my venting up to new code. I had a new water heater put in and they hauled away the old one and took care of the permits. Great service!

After suffering through another hot day at our house (which never had AC previously installed), my husband called Comfort by Design one afternoon to ask about getting new AC installed. The person he spoke with was pleasant, professional, and helpful. We went forward with scheduling a time for someone to come out and give an estimate. Scott came out, talked about his company, his employees, and products. We liked his views on customer service as well as his appreciation of his employees. He knows that everyone in the company is vital to its overall success.

Installation of our new AC went very smoothly. Jeremy and Anthony were polite and hard-working. They showed up on time, got right to work, and always had a smile. We liked the great communication they had with us from start to finish. Also, thanks guys for putting up with our dogs!! They came out and saw that the plumbing problem we had was not actually a plumbing problem and they were very kind not to charge for the quick visit. We will call them again when we have an actual plumbing problem!

We called Bullseye out to clear roots from the sewer line and we were told they couldn't get the roots. They said they would have to dig up the front yard to put in a clean out even though we already have a clean out. They quoted almost 5000.00 to put in another clean out. We called out another company and they came out and took care of the roots no issues.

Ben Pena was asked to return to correct two problems on two ceiling fans that they installed a couple of weeks ago. Ben is a hard worker that sticks with the problem until it’s corrected. I was impressed by Ben’s dedication to satisfying the customer. He corrected both problems at no charge because WireNut Services was originally hired to install these two new fans. This also says a lot for his employer as well. I would hire Ben and WireNut Services again for any household repairs. Good job Ben!

Herman's did everything we asked for and finished on time. We had the guts of our toilets replaced and update. Great job

Bestway Mechanical failed base plumbing inspections 3 times in a row. They did not notice when the septic line was at the wrong angle. When I pointed out a drain line that look like a 'Z and they said it is legal. I did not want legal - I wanted point to point. Then they charged me over $8K when I let them go.
