I am not sure what is going on at Olson, but I just finally gave up today. I received a notice from the City that I needed a backflow valve to be installed. I had to wait 3 weeks to get an estimator to my building. After that I could not get the results of the estimate. It's been over a month since they visited for the estimate. No contact from them. I practically begged them to help me. Sent emails and left messages. I called another company today to start the process all over. Must be nice to be so busy that you can treat people this way and still be in business. What a shame.

They made recommendations along the way, provided estimates, but never pressured us to schedule additional services. They were helpful and gave us important information to consider about any future projects we might want to have done.
