Our rental had sewer backup issues the line was cleaned the first time, but no camera was placed down into the sewer. Go on vacation and get the call its backed up again. Affordable Plumbing came out and got the line somewhat opened while we were gone. Cleaning up the lovely mess after arriving home. I gave affordable plumbing a call back to have a camera go in. Frankie Vargas was the guy to come out and scope the line. We found out the sewer line was not repaired correctly the first time. Previous owners. We needed a repair under the side walk to the main sewer line. Frankie was a pleasure to work with; someone who knows what needs to be done and how to help you digest that heavy bill. It was a total pleasure to work with the entire crew. They had the hole dug and sidewalk up in no time. I was impressed with the whole ordeal. Thank you affordable plumbing for helping us when other calls went unanswered due to Covid.I will use affordable plumbing in the future.

I had a clogged main pipe in the basement. They came hours late as there was an emergency job they were attending to. Despite that being frustrating, Eric apologized and got the job done quickly. He was very courteous and explained how my pipes all worked together as a system, and how to prevent this from happening again. Very professional and left the place cleaner than when he got here. Less than half the price I was quoted at a couple places.

Jorge was courteous and professional throughout the whole process of replacing our leaking anti-siphon valve and two hose bibs.

Emilio was the third technician who worked on my furnace. Very friendly and professional He kept me informed of his progress along the way. All the techs were good, and I don't remember their names. The total cost was higher than I expected.

I had a great experience with HVAC Solutions. This is the nicest company you could deal with. Jason had come to my house to do an estimate for the AC installation and explained everything very clearly and professionally. The installation team (Matt and Shean) was excellent. Super friendly, professional, well organized and very clean. I was very impressed how fast they got the job done.
Also, the price was very reasonable.

Last month we had a technician from Olson come and diagnose why our a/c unit was not working. We contacted this company after having some other jobs completed by Olson at our new home.
After diagnosing the issue, the tech explained the problem. At some point prior to us purchasing this home, the switch was removed from the disconnect so there was no power running to the unit.
I asked him for a quote to fix this. He told me that it is NOT a possibility to replace that piece (which I learned later on is false). He told me the entire A/C disconnect unit needed replacing so I requested a quote for this. He said the part would be $100, plus labor to complete this job. He had to leave to go pick up the part as he did not have one on hand. Almost 2 hours later(on the clock the entire time), he returned and replaced the unit.
Upon receiving the invoice I was shocked to see that the part actually cost $325 dollars. At NO point was I made aware of this until I saw it in the bill. At NO point did the tech contact me to authorize this extreme difference in price from what he quoted me. Add on another 300 and change for labor, and the total owing was almost $650.00.
As frustrating and disappointing as this was to be completely fleeced and disregarded by this company, I later learned that I could have purchased this EXACT same disconnect for UNDER 40 DOLLARS myself. That’s quite a markup. I also learned that I could have in fact found a replacement piece for the disconnect without ever having to get a brand new unit.
After reaching out to the service manager and explaining my situation he was so concerned about my complaint that as compensation he offered me the wonderful and amazing $129 dollar deal to clean my AC unit. (Another attempt to drain more of our hard earned money from our bank account) Really? Completely disappointing customer service. I refused as there are many competitors charging $79 for the same service so why would I pay that? Eventually he said he would send someone out to do it at no charge, since he didn’t want to lose us as loyal customers.
The gentleman who eventually came out and did the cleaning was excellent and also could not believe this whole situation.

We can’t afford to be loyal customers to a company that does not care about quality of service and honesty. There was zero transparency or communication.

Rick was great! We had a water line burst and a flooded basement, called Rick and he was at my house right when he said he could get here. Looked at the problem, walked me through the solution and had it fixed in no time. Great guy, great plumber. Highly recommend!

Andrew Coleman did the install on my hot water heater. Friendly, knowledgeable, timely installer who i would recommend to friends and family. Great job!

I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service.

He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up.

We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. I've already sent his card to anyone looking for HVAC work!

I had a late night last minute call for a clogged mainline Saturday night. With company in town I had to have it taken care of right away. I have used Affordable for many years but they and the 5 other services I called were busy and booked up. Including yours. You did, however, have a cancellation and called me back saying someone could be there in 20 minutes. I was so grateful. And the person you sent out was absolutely too notch! He had a positive attitude and worked very hard and quickly to rage care of the problem ASAP explaining the process clearly and politely along the way. Even my guests were impressed by his professionalism. I was also so impressed that I will use you guys instead of Affordable from now on and have already passed his card along to my daughter’s mother who will be calling you this week regarding a ice maker line. I have many friends and a lot of family in town who look to me for advice on these types of matters and will be recommending you from here on out. Thanks so much for the great service and, especially, kudos to the rep who came out and saved the weekend.
