The technician, Robert Simon, let me know when he was about 20 minutes away that he was on his. This was an emergency for me at the end of the day, so I was grateful for getting help. He arrived 20 minutes later, diagnosed the problem, offered solutions and wrote up my order and scheduled the repair for the next day. I paid and he. made sure that I got my paid in full receipt in my email before he left. He was personable, expert, and very nice to work with.

Angel was on time, professional and did an assessment of the issue with our water heater. He gave us several options for cost as well. He did the work fast and cleaned up the area and confirmed there were no leaks and everything was perfect. I highly recommend Angel and Smith plumbing and heating

3/7/17-3/9/17: Had a contract thru Home Depot to have new kitchen counter tops installed in our home. As part of that contract Home Depot had Delta Mechanical arriving at our home to do the disposal and sink removal and re-installation of new sink and new disposal as part of that project. The same young man for Delta Mechanical completed both of those phases of our project. His name is Joseph Friel. Joe was polite, courteous, always on time, and very knowledgeable. At the top of his game and profession in plumbing skills. What I liked about him was his smile, and his down to earth honesty in answering all of our plumbing questions and how to care for our products. I also loved the fact that he was a Veteran employed by your company. It gives me a great feeling of pride when I see Veterans employed in our City and Community, because I too am a Veteran. Thank you for sending Joseph! He is a great asset to your company and your image!

I do NOT recommend this plumbing service. We used them last Fall and they did not fix the toilet and charged $600.00. My husband didn't tell me until after the guy left. I was recovering from spine surgery and was not able to deal with service people at the time, or I would have refused to pay a criminal amount of money, especially when he didn't do the job.Ironically, the next day Bill's Plumbing pulled up, as it turned out he was looking for an address. I told him what had happened the night before and he said; they would have only charged $95.00 and the TP hold that was flushed down the toilet would have been removed.

Rescheduled multiple times without warning. Absolutely poor communication with the apartment office and tenants of the unit. Prolonging a one day issue and turning it into a two week issue. Absolutely stay away. If you want a company that will actually show up, use affordable plumbing.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

We had an issue with our water heater which they had installed. Samuel Hazelet was the HVAC expert that was sent out to us. He came unexpectedly quickly and took care of what turned out to be a quickly rectified issue in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner. He even checked with his master plumber to make sure he had not missed anything. We were very impressed with Sam as we are with his company. We will certainly be calling upon them in the future if we have any HVAC needs. Top shelf company and top shelf personnel.

Shout out to David Kittle for some fast and professional service fixing a leaky sink. He even went above and beyond and got the garbage disposal working again. Will definitely be calling Flow Right again for any future plumbing issues.

I called Wirenut to get a quote for power from my home to my shed for a mini shop. The representative was professional but had outstanding prices. Told us to do a diagnostic check it was $477.00 and to get power from the garage to the shed it was $8436.00 with military discount and would take 2 days to do. I laughed called numerous other electricians and they were all in the same range of $2k-$3k at most. These guys are sales representative and are paid on commission. If you want to pay x8 the normal price then this is your place, but I work to hard for my money to donate it to a corporation. Hard pass for me!

Today Brandon replaced Flushmate pressurized toilet tanks on three toilets, which had been sent to us from Flushmate. He was professional, friendly, and explained his work following the directions Flushmate required for the tanks, which had been recalled. We were pleased with the service we received.
