Horrendous nightmare of a company. Just now ending an eight-month saga, and only because I'm giving up. I approached them to replace an old water tank with a bigger one; they installed a smaller one without asking or telling me, wanted to charge me for it, tried to tell me it was actually good enough, heckled me for weeks, and finally found some kludge of a solution that they also didn't tell me about beforehand.They also installed a new furnace, which would be fine except that it's failed inspection twice now. Oh, and there was the gas leak they left us with. And the people who show up despite not being scheduled, and the people who don't show up even though they were scheduled, and the numerous employees all griping about each other to *me*, and the overall utter disregard for my time or my sleep or my home.I don't know how there are so many five-star reviews here. I wish I'd been able to do business with the company all these other people experienced. I regret ever getting in contact with them, let alone paying them as much as I did.

Everything from the call to the service was excellent! Both Joseph and Angel did excellent work! Both guys are an ACE!!!

Great company

They did my heating system, replaced the control board. Got the bill 0ver $1000. Found out the parts over charged $200 after Read the bill . The technician seems not skill on the area. He did not know what he need to do and calling his boss for instructions , I have to pay his learning experience .....

We just relocated to Colorado Springs, CO and bought a new home. We weren't satisfied with the little toilets aka kindergarten toilets, so we decided to go to Home Depot and buy new toilets. We needed installation so Home Depot provided that for us. They sent Delta Mechanical our contact information and within 30 mins we got a call from Delta Mechanical to schedule a service call.
On the day of installation we met Andrew Coleman one of their service technicians. We had 3 new toilets for him to install and the 3 old ones to put in the garage. He worked alone and was able to handle the work load.
My husband and I have never met a more friendly, professional, hardworking individual. Andrew Coleman did a fantastic job from start to finish!!! We HIGHLY recommend calling Delta Mechanical for any plumbing work needed. We will surely be calling them again if we ever need a plumber.
On a scale from 1-10 with 10 being great, we rate Andrew a 20. He was that good!

I'm an Electrical sub contractor for these guys. They do very professional and clean work. So much so that I would highly recommend them to any of my clients.

I like B&L Plumbing. They have good customer service. They call to let you know when they are on their way. The tech that took care of my plumbing problem was very professional and courteous. He got the job done and made sure it was fixed before leaving.

Update: Keith came out today and did a fantastic job. I was not charged for his services; he was very professional and thorough. I guess the other technician was just having a really bad day or something. They said that was really out of character for him. We are only human; so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Parkey's is very lucky to have a technician like Keith and I hope they realize it. I can not give 5 stars because of the experience with capacitor, but I will give them 4 stars because they seemed to care about correcting something that was wrong. I know that if I use them in the future I will specifically ask for Keith.Please look at their yelp reviews much more accurate than these manipulated google reviews. Horrible price gouging and incredibly terrible service. My first experience with Parkey's was with Keith an extremely nice technician; prices were high but he made up for it. Fast forward a year later and the capacitor goes out. We called Parkey's again only for the reason that they have serviced us before. They send out another technician who was easily the least friendly person I've met in Colorado. They charged me $400 for a turbo 200x multi capacitor. (they are gonna feed you some B.S. about the warranty with it). You can buy that piece yourself for about $75 in store or online. He then has the audacity to tell me to call them for yearly cleaning on the unit hes working on. So charges me $400 and cant even do a minor cleaning with that charge. Spent more time in his van then he did working on my unit. Told the guy thank you when he was done; he just stared at me and didn't even respond. So now two weeks later dealing with the AC dripping water and my wife is still waiting for the manager to call us back. Parkey's is easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please save yourself the trouble and use any reputable service in the springs; these people are terrible.

The Tech was sent to our Apartments for an evening No Heat service call. Myself and another tenant seemed to be the only ones with no heat. The Dispatcher called to say the Tech would arrive in 30 minutes or less and advised me to watch for him. He arrived around 8pm. I showed him my non-working heat radiators and my neighbors apt, then showed him where the Mechanical room was. He said he'd take care of it from there and he did! In less than an hour we had heat and no problems since then. Thank you for the your great service, Mike's!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

These guys stand behind their work. Always professional and personal, and extremely timely. 100% recommend these guys for any HVAC needs.

Our AC unit failed on us in the middle of the summer heat. Damien Morales of Pueblo, CO was able to come out, identify, and fix the problem within a few hours. He was so polite and professional and did a great job! Thank you Damien!

The lady in the office was very friendly and able to set up an appointment for the next day at a convenient time.
The service was excellent , done in a reasonable amount of time and the service fee was competitive. Very good value. I will definitely call BullsEye again for my plumbing/heating needs and recommend them to family and friends.

Had a well needed tuneup done on my furnace. John was great, personable and professional.

Very professional, hardworking, and was able to solve my electrical problems swiftly.

We purchased solar panels as well as a new furnace and now need service on our thermostat. I have called 15 times to no avail. I even talked with Brian the manager as well as office staff being assured they would get back to me for our problem. Still waiting, now over 2 months. We are sorely disappointed.
