We’ve always had a great experience with this business. We have been using them for 6-years now. We have since replaced our hot water heater, our furnace and air conditioning unit. They are honest and knowledgeable.

Don’t use them. If how they drive is any indication. Today during am rush hour he was tailing me relentlessly while we’re packed like sardines & I’m going as fast as I can. Can’t get over, can’t get in front of the vehicles in front of me as it was at union & circle where traffic lines back for days.

In summer of 2016 I had a my A/C checked and the HVAC guy put the gauges on and said the refrigerant was right where it was suppose to be.The first week of September there were quiet a few days in the 90's and my AC would only cool to about 74 degrees, So I got Smith Plumbing to come out because I got a coupon in the mail from them. They came out, the tech put the gauges on and spent the time need to get the charge just perfect.Now when the heat was in the 90's my AC would cool to 69 degrees.The first company obviously did a hit and run on me.Smith Plumbing definitely cared enough to take the time to do the job right. Outstanding. We have had HVAC Solutions come to our business to assist us with our HVAC units. 2 of the Units are 41 years old! They diagnosed the problems (one of which is old units), supplied us with alternatives and assisted us. I am not one to speak about pricing. To some cheap is what they want and then will complain about receiving bad results. I believe in value and that is what I have received from the tech's who came to our facility. With 3 units that went out all at the same time, they were expediate, kind, and knowledgeable about how to fix the problem at professional rates. We appreciate them and will utilize them again.

We woke up to no hot water on Thursday morning. So we went in to Home Depot that evening and purchased a new one. They scheduled a tech from Delta Mechanical to come out on Friday.

The time window when the technician was supposed to come came and went without any word. Called Home Depot, called the company and after much anguish they told us they were sending a new tech.

There was a miscommunication and the tech wasn't told about the install until 6:30 pm. However, he showed up all the way from Canyon City. Once there he took a look at the hot water heater and realized they sold us the wrong one. Instead of telling us we were out of luck for another day he took the time to make the calls and then drove to Home Depot to try and make it right.

He came back gave us a few options and made sure we understood everything that it would entail. We opted for another day of waiting so that he didn't have to come back and be working well in to midnight.

He showed up promptly this morning and installed the new tank.

I'm beyond thrilled with Andrew Coleman. He took a situation that could have potentially gotten even worse and managed to save it. Home Depot and even the Delta Mechanical to a certain degree did nothing to try and save the situation but Andrew Coleman went above and beyond.

I would recommend him to anyone needing work done. He's very professional and understands customer service.

Oakview Mechanical in Colorado Springs quickly fixed my mother’s gas furnace. Their technician, Nathan was out to her house within 90 minutes of my call. He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock. He finished up an my mom now has heat again. I highly recommend Oakview Mechanical for you HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed

I highly recommend this company! They recently put in a new furnace and AC for me, and the experience, from beginning to end, was truly first rate. The first contact I had with them was, of course, on the phone to set up an appointment for an estimate. The woman I talked to was friendly, professional and made what we should expect quite clear. (I wish I had remembered to get her name, so I could mention her here.) For the estimate (which is free), Tim Parkey came. He explained my options clearly and concisely - I knew just what to expect. We set up the appointments for the two days required for the work. A crane to get the unit to my roof, and an electrician, were needed, so he set that all up for us as well. The guys (Kade and Brennan) that came to do the work were efficient, pleasant and very good at their jobs, Both days, they arrived right when they said they would. Now really, having contractors make promises and not show up is SO common, that it's become a standard expectation for most of us. Not these guys! They keep their promises! The work is beautiful. True craftsmanship. I could not be more pleased. And the electrician and crane company they set up for us were excellent and kept their schedules as promised as well. So Parkey's has done their homework when it comes to the people they use. The whole operation was smooth as silk.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Scott came to our home and tried to tell us we needed to get a 10,000 $ cash loan in order for him to be able to work with us. We found another company that came and did the work for 3,500 so in our opinion he is just charging people whatever he wants to make a lump in his own pocket

Greg Martinez was my technician he's professional prompt, respectful and he completed his job in a timely manner. No difficulties no problems no Mess. Highly recommend FlowRight should you have any plumbing problems.

This guy shows up and says it is 270 dollars and has done nothing yet. Charging $135 for drive time. SUPER GOUGE!!!

Jared was very knowledgeable and quite funny. He gave me a options that could be causing the problem with my tub but too an extra few seconds to find exactly what it was and even tested it to make sure that was the only issue. Due to my house being built weird I have an extra step before I can have the issue fixed but that's not on the company, Jared was able to tell me that though. He gave me a quote and even a quote on the other room toilet that I was having issues with. I appreciated him very much. This company was the cheapest I found just to diagnose the issue. Definitely will be my go to for plumming!!! Especially Jared

Super helpful. Didnt mind that I had a million questions, answered everyone and even answered a few I didnt even know I had. Bestway did my solar project over the last few weeks. They installed it within four weeks of our purchase. We recommend them and give out their magnets to our neighborhood friends. We expect to send referrals and get a bonus for it. Thank you guys!
