Jeff and John were on time, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had two quotes at the end of the meeting to review with no sales pressure! Very likely we will accept one of the proposals due to professionalism and knowledge shown by Jeff and John at Affordable. If we proceed with our upgrade, I will update review after project complete.

I contacted One Source to get an estimate to replace my existing furnace and A/C.Coral, the young lady who provided the estimate, did an excellent job. She checked for available discounts and explained everything.The installation crew, Brandon, Erick, Jordan, and Rolf, did a great job! They were professional, efficient, courteous, and helpful.I will definitely call One Source in the future, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Excellent service as usual, my AC unit went out and he took care of it quickly and professionally

We have been a member of HVAC solution's service plan-- where they come out every winter and spring to ensure our systems are working properly. For the last 3 years we have had issues with our AC freezing when we turn it on-regardless of HVAC saying it's fine upon our yearly inspection. Over the last 3 years we have spent over 2k on top of our maintenance plans trying to get this fixed. They have sent out tech telling us everything is fine
Or it's fixed only for it to freeze the first time it comes on in the summer. The last visit was the final straw-- $700 bill for 2 techs to come out, at $145 an hour, to fix a problem that should have been fixed 3 years ago. We paid the bill, but I would never recommend their services or their service plans. It's a joke. They just keep sending techs that never fix the problem and keep charging more.

The best around by far

Great company to work with. Called through Home Depot for a new and larger water heater and they beat the local quotes we were getting by almost $900 in Colorado Springs. They were also able to get it installed in the same day that I called.

Ask to work with Andrew. He is a courteous plumber and will answer all your questions in a positive manner that explains everything clearly.

I highly recommend this place for the outstanding service we received from Andrew.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

HUGE SHOUTOUT to Jason and Mike!! They did incredible work on our house with the new furnace and AC install. We have an old home and doing big upgrades like that is a pain and they were able to work with us to get that done in the best way possible. Not only that, they were incredibly polite and kind guys that did excellent work. I highly recommend Comfort by Design for their quality work at a competitive price!

This is an update to my earlier post (below).

My husband woke me up at 3:30 this morning (New Year's Eve!) to let me know the furnace was acting up (no heat) again. I called Flow Right around 4:00 a.m. As usual, the after-hours representative was sympathetic, courteous and helpful.

A few hours later, we received a phone call and visit from Hugo, who had replaced a part on our furnace about a month ago. He determined that a worn-out, malfunctioning motor had caused the new part to fail. We agreed that replacing the furnace would be wiser and more economical in the long run than simply replacing the motor.

Shortly thereafter, Mike H. and Brandon M. arrived and spent the next six hours removing the old furnace and installing a new furnace, thermostat and the now-required carbon monoxide alarms. They worked tirelessly, courteously and efficiently. They made a point of leaving the house neat and clean before they left.

As before, my husband and I are very pleased with the way we were treated by everyone involved at Flow Right. Thanks for always taking such good care of us.

EARLIER POST:
Yesterday (Thanksgiving Day), our furnace was not working properly (only cool air was coming out of the air ducts). We called your number and were courteously and professionally greeted by a woman working your emergency response line before 7:00 a.m. She promptly arranged for a technician to contact us.

In less than 30 minutes, your technician (Mike H.) called us, assessed the situation and immediately came to our house. By that time, my husband had turned the furnace off and on a couple of times so it was working when Mike H. arrived, making it impossible for him to diagnose the problem. Nevertheless, he thoroughly examined the furnace and encouraged us to call him again if it stopped working properly again that day.

Well, the furnace did malfunction by early evening. When I called your emergency response line again, a very helpful, courteous man gathered all needed information and promptly called Mike H.

Mike H. called us within a few minutes. Even though I assured him that we could probably wait until the next morning, he insisted that it was important for him to return that evening. He told us to let the furnace remain nonfunctional, so he could diagnose the problem. He quickly came to our house and was able to obtain a code that identified the malfunctioning part. He will return either today or Monday, depending on when the part is available.

I just wanted you to know how much my husband and I appreciate your courteous and helpful emergency response line associates, and how Mike H. went out of his way, on a holiday, to take care of our problem.

We will certainly call Flow RIght if we have any furnace issues in the future.

Overpriced, got another company to come do the same job for 20% less.

Asked them to install av EV charging plug in the garage. They got it done very quickly and the electrician was very knowledgeable. They also put in all the permit requests!

Currently not happy with their service. I know its the last year for the $15K tax credit but I need my existing system repaired. Been down almost two weeks. Come on guys!

They installed my solar panel system in 2014. I was happy with the service for the first year or so. Then, it went downhill. On November 20, 2022, my system stopped working. I called and never got a return call. I left messages or the phone just rang. Finally, in mid-December, I drove to the office and found the manager in his office. He told me he had received my messages but didn't have time to return a call. He said his business had been sold to someone on the East Coast and was no longer locally owned. The number of solar techs was decimated during Covid and he couldn't find skilled people to replace them. (Guessing they went to the other solar companies that have popped up.)

He told me I had to call the manufacturer for service now. Ugh. After a month of being down, I finally learned that. However, as a favor he logged a ticket with them and sent his last tech out to take a look at my system. The tech could not fix the issue and the issue was sent to the manufacturer. I had to wait 2 months for them to come out. But when they showed up, they fixed the issue within about 25 minutes.

This company is no longer reliable. I won't be using them again.
