True professional. Goes the extra step. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and the quality of his work. He patiently explained everything he was doing. Additionally, as the toilet was pulled out, he noticed that the wall was recently painted, except for where the tank had been. ..so he asked me if I had any of the paint. I did. Jeff waited to finish while I touched up the paint. He did not have to do that. ...he could have said nothing and been on his way sooner. I am exceptionally thankful for his customer service. You can bet we will be using him again.

I needed to have a pipe from my hot water heater moved and I had just received a flyer in the mail with serious coupons! I called them, they sent a plumber immediately, he looked at what I needed to have done and he scheduled me for the following business day. I had a $100 off coupon!! My new plumber!! Joshua Thomas arrived with an apprentice to fix boiler that was squeaking. Found that it was just a setting. Olson had just been out 1 month prior for annual cleaning. So, Joshua did not charge for this repair.

Great company to work with. Called through Home Depot for a new and larger water heater and they beat the local quotes we were getting by almost $900 in Colorado Springs. They were also able to get it installed in the same day that I called.

Edit: Joe did reach out to me in an attempt to correct this situation, and provided a full refund to me. It sounds like there's some confusion with the phone numbers that Oak View has ended up, and this was all a big misunderstanding.

Well, this is a scam company. Our furnace quit on Saturday and Oak View's sticker was on the machine, so we called in a panic. Dana came right out, nice guy, said it was the mother board, and - with a discount - it'll cost us $1,100 plus labor. I look twice at my paperwork, figure out our Sears warranty is still good and they are replacing the board today. It is valued at $433. Dana wanted to charge me $1,100, plus labor for a $433 part. I think Oak View owes me a refund for the diagnostic charge that I did pay, I think Oak View was taking advantage of me when it was freezing outside and I had no heat 🤔

We had a few bumps in the road with the water heater (not their fault) but even with all of that the communication and the willingness to make sure everything was 100% was amazing. I would definitely use them again. Thank you B&L Plumbing

He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Excellent, fast, friendly, affordable. Our pressure regulator broke and Jeff replaced it. He also spent a few minutes reinforcing the pipe supports to prevent the issue from recurring, for no additional charge. If anything else breaks I'm messaging Jeff first.
