They came out to look at my furnace after it had incurred water damage, looked at it for maybe ten minutes and said it wasn’t fixable and the whole furnace (only a year old) needed to be replaced. We sent them on their way and did our own research. Ordered a new control board, replaced it, had it programmed, and it was fixed. Spent 460 on the board they said would be thousands of dollars and 95 to have a different company program it. Saved ourselves 5500 dollars by not just jumping into replacing and trusting what these crooks said. Don’t use them! Use home heating service instead, they are honest and won’t rip you off.

He explained to me was should be done, so I could understand it. He replied to all my questions with helpful answers and provided great advice on all issues that I asked about. My HVAC and A/C went out back in October. The workers at Smith got someone out to diagnose the problem and then schedule for a new HVAC and A/C unit to be installed before the temperature dropped. Everyone was super professional, and courteous. They even discovered something that was possibly installed wrong by the builders. At the end of the day my 4 year old was admiring their truck and they showed the kiddo how the lift worked. Made the kiddo's week. Will definitely use them again when the time comes.

My A/C went out over some of the hottest days of the summer - when I called, they were able to get a technician out within about four hours. They were completely honest about cost, and the technician they sent was absolutely fantastic - willing to service my outdoor A/C fan even during significant rain (which thankfully wasn't necessary!). I usually just Google around a bit for who's open when something goes wrong with the house, but I'm definitely coming back to these guys the next time something goes wrong with my home.

This is company is great! They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and always take the time to explain things to you. They have been to our house several times and every experience with them has been impressive. I have mostly dealt with Jim and he is very professional. Today we had a water leak in the basement and he was at our house 30 min after I called and fixed our problem very efficiently.

I was very impressed with Alphalete Plumbing & Heat's response time and professionalism! They were at my door within an hour or so for a non-emergency, so I know I'd feel confident I could always call them for an issue. Riley did a great job installing our new furnace. He arrive when he said he would and got the job done very quickly. In fact, the inspector said it was a job well done. Also, Riley answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly.

Tucker is a knowledgeable, polite and professional who quickly sized up the situation, changed out the valve, at a good price. All of this was done very quickly via Bullseye Plumbing, Heating, Air etc within 3 hours of my call!! And I had a leaking bathtub faucet emergency to boot! I will call them again for all my plumbing needs!!

THIS IS NOT WRIGHT TOTAL INDOOR COMFORT ANYMORE! DO NOT USE AIR PROS HVAC SERVICES!!! TECHNICIAN DID NOT PERFORM ALL DUTIES AND TRIED TO SCAM ME! Air Pros was recently written up in the Gazette Business section. Our actual experience with them was AWFUL! In May we scheduled our yearly air conditioner check as per our maintenance agreement with Wright Total Indoor Comfort. Our appointment was for July 16th between 3:00 and 6:00pm. About 1:30 a worker arrived in an Air Pros Van. We received NO notification that the worker was on the way or that they were going to be early. The worker showed up with NO Badge, Clipboard, or Workorder. Only a shirt that said Air Pro and a Van wrapped in AirPro signage. The worker informed me that Air Pro had bought Wright and taken over performing the maintenance agreements. The worker had a mask around his neck but never once put it on our even asked if I wanted him to. The technician spent less than 30 minutes checking my system. Previous inspections done by Wright had always taken at least an hour and a half. After checking the air conditioner unit, he told me that our system was low on freon and would need recharged and the cost would be $350. He stated more than once that if the system was not recharged that our condenser would burn out and that would be very expensive to fix. I felt that he was pressuring me. The worker told me that a return visit be have an extra $95 dollar charge but got that waived by his office. I told him that I would have to call to set up another appointment after speaking with my husband. The Technician gave me his PERSONAL cell number instead of a company number and left without leaving an invoice or checklist for the maintenance that should have been done. Oh, remember that he had repeatedly warned me against running the AC before it was recharged, or we might burn out the condenser? Well he left our thermostat set at 68 so that it ran continually until we checked it. I was not comfortable with the technician or any part of the transaction with AirPro so we called another company for a second opinion. The next day their technician came and did a thorough evaluation. That technician found that there were no leaks in our system but that the freon was low. The technician told my husband that the kindest reason he could think of for the low freon was that the loss happened because the man from Air Pro had not hooked up the gauges properly and the leak happened during the test. The total cost for this work was less than half of the quote from the Air Pro technician. I will be reporting our experience with Air Pro to the Gazette writer who wrote the article and the BBB.

Regretfully, I didn't catch the name of the rude plumber that came out to my apartment. The work is still unfinished. They just didn't seem to want to work. He made multiple excuses...said people were sick. Hey, then maybe don't enter a person's home so you can make excuses?

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.
