Best HVAC System Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

From the first phone call to the installation of our hot water heater has been outstanding. The respect at all aspects of the job.Matt was wonderful. He let us know when he was on his way. Matt’s work was outstanding. He started at 9:00 am and finished at 9:45. The work Matt did was excellent. He was extremely polite.Thank for Affordable Pluming and heating for the excellent experience!

We had them come out Monday to do a clean out on the sewer lines for preventive maintenance. They were hours late showing up. Then told us they would have to come back out tomorrow afternoon with another piece of equiptment to do the job because of my dad's stairlift was in the way. The guy told us it would be the same price we were quoted for Monday. Tuesday morning they show up and do the job, but charged us double what we were quoted. My husband called the operations manager who told him that the $264 we were charged was already a discounted charge. We were quoted $134.00 for the clean out. The operations manager wouldn't do anything. He didn't even seemed phased that our time was wasted the day before. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone. I have already contacted our bank to dispute the charge. Don't waste your time or money with Leo's. They clearly don't care about their customers time!

Jeremy Haley did amazing helping us out. The entire team has been great. So professional & even helped us with other we had been having with our outlets. He truly went above and beyond.

I had a vry good experience with HVAC solutions. They fix all furnaces and are a Lennox premier dealer.
They came over to my house for an intermittent problem with my furnace.
They kept coming back ( only charged me the 1st service call ) until they could be here when I was having the problem.Once they found it they replaced a main valve promptly and with a very reasonable price. That fixed it and it works great now. Thank you to Jim the tech and Natasa the receptionist and the manager Dave? the manger for all doing agreat job to help me.
Will use them and recommend them again.

I have always used Olson for my plumbing problems as I have always found them to be reliable, trustworthy and honest. Yesterday I had a leak I noticed underneath the hot water tank. Olson sent a person right out, he was here in 5 minutes and he spent all of 5 minutes determining that it wasn't the hot water tank and that the sewer had backed up. He then advised me that he doesn't do the sewer work and called the person who does to come out. The first person charged $88.00 just to be here in 5 minutes and 5 minutes to tell me that the hot water tank was not the problem. I talked to the manager this morning and he agreed to refund 1/2 of the $88.00, which I am happy about, but still think for the amount of time that it took him to get here and the fact that he didn't spend 5 minutes here is rather excessive and disingenuous especially when I was unaware that it was up to me to diagnose plumbing problems correctly. I assumed that if Olson sent a truck out, that the person doing the plumbing was capable of sewer and any other plumbing problems and that they were equipped to do the job. They are not, So just a warning, know that Olson will charge you for a full hours work at $88.00 just to come out no matter how long they are there or if they do anything. Other than that I was pleased with the tech who cleaned out the drain, it was a mess and I appreciated his hard work. I remain hopeful that they are the same company I remember and that I have often referred others to. However, my experience with them in this situation has shaken my confidence in them.

Perfect experience. We used both the plumbing and heating services. Both technicians were excellent! They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and on time! Got our problems fixed fast. I would recommend them without hesitation and I will definitely call them for future issues.

We subcontracted this company to assist a customer repair her water heater but encountered numerous issues along the way. Though the manager handling this project tried to rectify mistakes, I think we could've avoided those mistakes to begin with if we had received proper communication. Over the course of 3 months, the front desk kept saying that a manager would call with service updates but no one did until it was too late. We experienced some billing, communication, and service issues which reflects on the company as a whole.

Roger got to the point very quickly and figured out the problem and fixed it. I would recommend these two gentlemen for any plumbing jobs in the future.

The technicians are of the finest quality. The gals in the office were organized and we felt they are hard workers. Great guys and really enjoyed their work. Would definitely recommend this outfit
