These men were amazing. My water heater went out on a Sunday, of course! I had help within an hour! They arrived on time Monday with the new water heater, and worked fast and efficiently. I will never use anyone else again. They were also friendly, wore masks always and I felt very safe. Thank you for everything!

We have used Smith Plumbing on our AC unit and now for a water meter rebuild. They have been extremely responsive when other local companies have not. Pete was at the house today. Called prior to arrival and was even early which was awesome. Customer service was great. Highly recommend Pete and Smith Plumbing in general!

Called Olson to repair hot water heater on Friday. Sent out tech Friday, after 2 hours determined the control was bad, also that there should have been a sediment trap and told me he'd return on Saturday. Tech called me from local parts store to get serial and model number, once gave it to him he said he could not do the repair because it was under warranty under a different vender and we would not be charged for Fridays visit. We decided to forget the warranty and have Olson install a new one, they said they would install it Tuesday. Tuesday was installation day, billing was as follows $1299 for water heater, $240 expansion tank, $65 valves, $24 tees, then labor charges 2 hours for the Friday (overtime rate), the 1 1/2 hour for Saturdays 15 minute phone call (overtime rate), 1 hour reg rate for Tuesday GRAND TOTAL $2372.06 for A 40 gal hot water heater. Something just doesn't ADD up. Plus tech did not install the highly recommended sediment trap.

I strongly recommend Oak View Mechanical. Their technician, Joseph, was very professional in the way he conducted himself. He was polite, answered any questions I had, and even covered his feet before coming into the house. It's obvious their technicians are well educated and make worthwhile recommendations.

This is company is great! They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and always take the time to explain things to you. They have been to our house several times and every experience with them has been impressive. I have mostly dealt with Jim and he is very professional. Today we had a water leak in the basement and he was at our house 30 min after I called and fixed our problem very efficiently.

Highly recommend Diego and his team. When a different plumber flaked out on me, Diego stepped up from day one helping me finish my basement bathroom. Can’t thank them enough! They have my business 100%.

100% right or 100% free is BS. Furnace was replace by Wright in 2013 & went out this year (2017) before I could have them come out & service it. Tech came out & said motherboard went bad, doesn't know if covered under warranty, difference would be 500 if under warranty, 1000 if not. Said he would have to order part & would get back to me. Don't remember his name & he never left a card (bad business). Tried calling office and after talking with 5 different answering people (all said would connect me with on call tech & failed). Started calling other companies. On call tech called & again didn't know if unit was under warranty & said he couldn't even get in contact with the office. 1st other company called back & said unit is under warranty just by her punching in model # & S/N & quoted me 450. 2nd other company (Bassett) called back & said unit is under warranty just by her punching in model # & S/N & quoted me 225. Guess who I went with. I called Wright back and magically got the office, yet they still could not tell me if unit was under warranty. Informed them our business together was finished & I will never call them again.
My personal recommendation is to ignore the Wright Total Indoor Comfort commercials because it is just a gimmick. Not True. Bad company!!

Rescheduled multiple times without warning. Absolutely poor communication with the apartment office and tenants of the unit. Prolonging a one day issue and turning it into a two week issue. Absolutely stay away. If you want a company that will actually show up, use affordable plumbing.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!
