Everyone I encountered at Affordable Plumbing was friendly and knowledgeable and if they needed assistance they weren't afraid to ask their coworkers for help. My front yard was completely dug up. When they finished they even placed all the bricks back the way my mom had them arranged! Thank You, for caring Affordable Plumbing!!

We were having a backup in one of our lines and scheduled them to come out and snake it. Brandon came out right on time and got to work. Found out my line was broken underground and filled with dirt and they were not able to snake.
They got me scheduled for a few days later to tear out my floor and fix the pipe. Over the phone they did let me know that the plumbers don't get scheduled because they never know how long a job might take and do not want to promise something they cannot deliver on.
Chris came out and was friendly and professional. He kept me updated on the project each step of the way and asked how I wanted to move forward. We ended up tearing up the floor in 2 rooms looking for pipe that was not broken and he worked from 9 am until after 6pm.
Chris had to leave the job unfinished, but came back early the next day to finish at no charge (a few hours of work)!
Leo's was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, but I also don’t want anyone going through what we did. We had AC installed back in April and as of last week (November), the job just now finally got completed. They were initially quick to the job, however a 1 day project turned into 4 because they didn’t have the right equipment, family emergencies, etc each time. After that, it did not pass the electrical inspection and we needed what was told to us as a 5-10 minute fix. SEVEN no-shows later, yes SEVEN SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS where they no showed on us when we took off work every single time, it finally got fixed. I believe the actual technicians are good; however, the costumer service and their communication between their offices were absolutely horrendous, so much so I was close to filing an official complaint with the better business bureau. No real apologies, no discounts, no explanations. After initially using them, I had many people at work tell me to switch companies and I wish I would have listened.

Ed was great! He was knowledgeable, very nice, and the installation was quick and well done. I would definitely recommend!

Carmine and Tristen just left my house and they were professional, concise and very quick to help unclog a drain. They are extremely focused on customer service and their fee was very fair. Give them your business and they will exceed your expectations. They even cleaned up after themselves and cleaned my bathroom for me. They earned my repeat business.

Rick was personable, listened well, gave an estimate and demonstrated a well-informed understanding of my plumbing concern -- and all of this over the phone! His quoted price was reasonable and his response time fitting. (My concern was a pinhole leak from the hot water heater's line out.)

I have used Parkey’s for almost 20 years now, first when i had investment properties and then for my personal residences. The techs were and always are professional and knowledgeable. When finished with the install they showed us how to maintain the equipment and operate the thermostat. As a person out in the public I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and talk with him.

Just had both places heaters done and one AC unit that me and my wife own. Fantastic Job done by the person today. Did his work and checks and then was on his way with a great attitude. Will use again next year. for sure

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Excellent service! Called in with an A/C issue and was thinking that I was going to have to replace. Scott came out and took a look at the system and determined it was a simple fix. Thank you for you honesty. We will refer them to our friends.

Whenever I used my washer, my downstairs shower drain would back up. I called Flow Right and they sent their tech Daniel within an hour after I called. He was knowledgeable, polite and took care of the problem in record time. The price was reasonable and I will certainly call Flow Right again for my plumbing needs.

Daniel and Austin were great. It was a big job on an older home, but they came up with solutions and never lost their cool. I really appreciated that they never tried to rush my questions (or the job itself). I would definitely recommend.
