Best Furnace Repair Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

I have been with this company 35 years. Excellent plumbing service and professional employees. Recommend highly. Have not used electricl or heating.

I called Always about an issue with my hot water heater; a technician was dispatched just a couple of hours after my call. When Ed arrived at my house he was friendly, professional and courteous. After looking things over he offered an an honest opinion on what might be needed; no flim flam or attempt to convince me I needed additional parts or repairs. In short order he had everything back up and running and left everything clean and tidy. I will absolutely go to Always for any more plumbing needs; whether repairs or projects.

Our furnace was running for a while and not heating up. We called and James Jackson came out. He diagnosed the problem, found more problems, documenting them with pictures along the way. We sat and talked options. What may be best and what may be most affordable are not often the same and with the age and conditions of items around this house we figured it best to make an investment. He explained all the options available helped us decide on the right fit and got financing done on the spot. He was able to keep us with heat and the new systems should be installed in a few days! Love the great service and the pink trucks!

We live in a rental and the landlord had a humidifier replaced in the spring of 2011. Unfortunately, HVAC Solutions did not install the drain line properly for two reasons. First, they didn't allow enough slack as it was wrapped around the plenum, so it crimped over time. Second, they did not route the drain line so it gravity fed properly. At a low humidity setting it worked fine. However, when we turned up the humidity to higher level the humidifier did not drain fast enough. As a result it backed up and partially flooded the mechanical room. Fortunately, we caught it before it caused too much damage. I personally checked the drain line and it was NOT clogged. It backed up was due to the two reasons I stated earlier. The technician came to the house (Jan 2013) and CONFIRMED my diagnosis. He agreed that the line was NOT clogged, but needed to re-routed to avoid the kink and allow it to gravity feed properly to the floor drain. This was obviously an initial installation problem.

The landlord told me he was charged for the service call. I personally contacted the manager because I thought this was totally unfair. The manager told me the line had clogged due to sentiment, which caused the flooding. I told him this was not the case and stated the reasons above, which were CONFIRMED by the technician. He disagreed with me, but told me he would speak to the owner. He called me back and let me know that they would not reimburse our landlord for the service because the line was clogged.

Wow! This REALLY surprised me, since the technician saw that the drain line was NOT clogged! I was with the technician when he corrected the problem. Again, he verbalized that the drain was NOT clogged. Since he rerouted the drain line, the humidifier has worked fine. This to me is an integrity issue and a total disregard for customer service. Therefore, I rated them as one star and WOULD NOT recommend this HVAC company to anyone.

Bobby arrived in good time. He was friendly and easy to talk with. He serviced the unit, changed the filter and insured it was working properly. He went over my membership plan so I knew how much coverage I had. Bobby removed all trash. Job well done.

Jonny was our sales person and he was great. Very informative. Tom as an installer was excellent! Organized, clean and done minutes before he said he would be! :) Tracy, in the office, was great at coordinating things with the inspectors. Everyone we've spoken to in this organization was helpful and professional. The company was recommended to me by our realtor and I'm so happy with the choice.

This is company is great! They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and always take the time to explain things to you. They have been to our house several times and every experience with them has been impressive. I have mostly dealt with Jim and he is very professional. Today we had a water leak in the basement and he was at our house 30 min after I called and fixed our problem very efficiently.

Excellent company and people... I called with a broken water heater and within a few hours they had a guy out for a quote, got an electrician here for a quote (converting to electric from gas) and got both scheduled for later in the same day.

Highly recommend this company as well as the partners they work with.

I contacted this company, And they sent a technician to my residence. To fix my tank-less water heater. Ralph was the technicians name he was extremely helpful and got my water heater fixed he also went above and beyond by explaining everything he was doing. The gentleman was awesome , and made sure everything was fixed and taken care of. I was extremely happy with his professionalism. And the way he explained everything and the work was above standard and completed quickly. Will definitely be using this company in the future and again. I can not say enough about how professional, and knowledgeable Ralph was he went above and beyond and is an awesome technician. As well as a super nice guy. Who kept me informed every step of the way.

While I'm confident the work was done correctly...a $60 service fee and then their labor was over $200 for a very basic furnace tune up that took no time at all....shop around first...

Initially, our electrician Steven came out to assist with a bad outlet in the laundry room. He very easily identified the issue and was able to correct the issue efficiently and effectively. Also, at my request he provided a quote for both a 240v outlet in the garage as well as a whole home surge protector. Both prices seemed extremely reasonable and in the same service call, he was able to go above and beyond and complete both of those services. We will be using wirenut again! They were professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
