Best Furnace Repair in Colorado Springs CO

I used this company to repair my AC. The employee was polite and said my furnace was the main issue & needed to be replaced. Once I said I have a home warranty and the company needed to approve it, the employee no longer appeared interested in helping. My home warranty has reached out to the company multiple times & requested an itemized list for costs to replace the furnace and company has not sent them one. It is very obvious this company will not work with home warranty companies to get things fixed. Go elsewhere if you plan on using a home warranty for your repairs.

Nathan was amazing! Came in cleaned everything up and let us know about all of our issues and how serious our issues were. Set up install for next day. He even took pictures of everything he did to show what was wrong. I would highly recommend him. He definitely went above and beyond.

Ed is the first person to understand my home heating boiler. I have a base board heating system with 9 zones. Ed spotted the problems and fixed them. He also answered a bunch of questions that I had about the system. He knew what he was doing and was also a really nice guy. He came out the same day that I called in the problem. I had some follow up questions that he took the time to answer. Great service and reasonable price.

I'd like to give thanks to Thayne for helping us get up and running and making sure we were taken care of. His demeanor not only suggests his intent is to make sure we are happy, but we also feel like family. Thayne is so incredible at making technical things sound simple to us even though we dont know much about heating or air conditioning, other than vents blow heat and blow cool.Thanks to thayne and the team so much for allowing us enjoy our new home and dream!!! Been using HVAC Solutions for many, many years (about 16 I believe) for my furnance and A/C. . Was able to schedule quickly. I appreciated the confirmation text and notification that they were on their way, along with a picture of the technician. They came at the beginning of the two hour window, completed the job quickly, and were very friendly.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

Very thorough from start to finish! Answered a ton of questions and walked us through the process. They got us on the books within 2 weeks. They were on time for all appointments and were very friendly and professional! We highly recommend!

I recieved service on 9/21 after calling about a clogged drain. I mentioned a power wash and was advised the plumber would assess and proceed with the best option. I was then called at 7:30 am on the day of my appointment to pick whether I wanted a power wash so that plumber could be sent. In a woken from sleep daze I agreed to the power wash. The man arrived, did his work and then muttered it was on the disposal side. I asked if he could fix that. He said yes. Those were the only words he said to me before handing me the phone to make payment. He left muddy wet footprints all over, paper towels everywhere and didn't actually fix the problem. I have standing water in my sink right this moment. When I have tried to call, the operator couldn't hear me and hung up. I am so displeased. I understand the company has been dealing with Covid issues but I was asked to assess my own plumbing and was then charged for an expensive service I didn't need and will have to call another plumber to fix the actual issue.

Wire Nut came out to our house for an electrical outlet that was not working. I was quoted $90 for the initial visit. Before the technician opened our panel we were quoted an additional $600 for a panel diagnostic which was just a visual inspection. In the end we were left with a $700 bill for a single breaker replacement and a $11k quote for a complete electrical overhaul due to an overloaded system.After contacting a couple other locally recommended companies for second opinions we were relieved to find out our system is not over loaded or un safe. We had 2 more breakers replaced due to being incorrect for our panel (which Wire Nut had mentioned but not replaced) and a complete system inspection done for a much more reasonable price.I will give a 2 star due to the service technician Brian being on time and friendly.Very disappointed with the overall price for a breaker replacement and feel they are trying to take advantage of people with unreasonable repair quotes.
