Best Furnace Repair in Colorado Springs CO

Used twice.. Super awesome! Super professional! This time, AC went out last night. Called next morning at 6am. Tech was out here by 1030-1100. Quote estimate over the phone was very close to what was expected to pay. Tech explained every detail and added the how to maintain air flow, proper use of my ceiling fans and cooling system and use my thermostat and app on my phone. Very Happy and not having to worry about the summer months coming up and using the AC.

The plumber that I’ve used for years was not able to come unclog my toilet for about 30 hours, and I called Leo’s on the recommendation of friends. Eric and Jeremiah were here within 90 minutes, after normal business hours. They were so pleasant, and explained in detail what they were doing, and even took extra time to educate me on how I could use an auger when this happens again! This has happened about every 2 months since February, and each time I paid my (former) plumber the emergency price of $300+. That same former plumber advised me to have work done that these 2 gentlemen said I didn’t need. I’ll be switching to Leo’s for the future, including annual HVAC checkups. And, I was only charged $94.00! Highly recommend Leo’s, especially Eric and Jeremiah!

5-4-22 Toilet backed up for the first time since 9-7-21, and Donovan was here within 5 minutes of the scheduler's call. We remembered each other, and he is so pleasant and helpful. I am so impressed with this company and have touted their expertise and professionalism to anybody who'll listen! You cannot go wrong with Donovan, Eric, and others from Leo's Sewer & Drain!

The technician, Robert Simon, let me know when he was about 20 minutes away that he was on his. This was an emergency for me at the end of the day, so I was grateful for getting help. He arrived 20 minutes later, diagnosed the problem, offered solutions and wrote up my order and scheduled the repair for the next day. I paid and he. made sure that I got my paid in full receipt in my email before he left. He was personable, expert, and very nice to work with.

Ed showed up on time and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my Sump System. He also educated me on a few things I could do to maintain our system. The price was very very Reasonable as well. I will be using Always Plumbing & Heating, Inc. For all of my future plumbing needs. Thanks Ed.

James was absolutely fantastic in his presentation by explaining the mechanics and what it would take to get my HVAC system up to peak performance. I did not follow through with the recommendations he made because of personal reasons at this time. His friendliness and professional presentation is something that a lot people don't have.

I didn’t know that much about furnaces until the guys from HVAC Solutions installed a new Lenex unit in our house. The time they took to explain how it functions and how to keep it efficient was extremely helpful but want impressed me most was when the PPRB Inspector ask me who did the install?

When I told him HVAC Solutions, his response was, “They always go above and beyond what’s expected “. He further showed me how well they layered the mounts and secured attachments. He also said, “this is top commercial grade work in a residential home. You don’t see that with many jobs I inspect for final approval.”

What an incredible experience! Joseph Murrane exceeded my expectations in all ways. Not only was he extremely professional from the first moment I spoke with him on the phone but he delivered with quality and timely service. Caleb came to move the plumbing in our bathroom to fit a new vanity. He was punctual, polite, respectful and did a great job.

Excellent work, found some areas which needed repair and did it. Explained everything in great detail and let us know how to use and when to changes filters, etc. Braden was very personable and made sure we understood his explanations. We definitively will use again and refer the company to friends and relatives.

I have used Caliber for years for my own home as well as referring them to my customers, they always do a fantastic job, the only one you need to call!

Diego and his staff was extremely professional. My appointment was supposed to be at 12:pm today, they showed up 30 minutes early. Went right to the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes I kid you not. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial especially since I have an older home. Strongly recommended to everyone I come into contact with. Oh and did I mention, the price can not be beat!! Thank you Alphalete Plumbing. You’re the best!!

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

I loved that Comfort by design sent me a text and an email letting me know who our tech was going to be! David was very professional and sent a detailed invoice explaining what was done. David did arrive earlier then expected but that’s much better then being late!

Very good service. Paul was very personable and went through and answered all of my questions as he replaced the garbage disposal. He explained the warranty, how to use it and tested everything to make sure it was working. Thank You!

From their friendly greeting on the phone to their quick response time to their very affordable price, this is a big FIVE star company. We recently had a plumbing problem that as it turned out was not adequately addressed two months ago when they were here. Jonathan and Mikey were our technicians and I can’t say enough great things about these two! They came out to install an Ecobee Thermostat but we’re faced with bigger challenges than expected. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything and showed me how to maintain the major systems in my home. They were professional and very knowledgeable! After seeing the issues with my furnace which was causing a potential safety hazard in the home they took the time to clean out the system and address the issue for peace of mind.
