Best Furnace Maintenance in Colorado Springs CO

This company is awesome!!!!!! Clay, the owner, is very kind, smart, honest, and genuine person. A different plumbing company came out and took a look at an issue and said the bathroom wall would have to be torn down and at an expensive price. Clay came in and was able to fix it on the spot without tearing down an entire wall and at an affordable price. He took the time to fix the problem and did it quickly and reasonably. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing repairs!!! Thank you, Clay!!

We've used Always Plumbing & Heating two times since moving into our new home, and both times have been excellent experiences. Not only did it cost less than we were expecting (both times!), but Ed was very friendly and polite. He patiently explained the problems and answered our questions. Patrick contacted me prior to showing up to let me know how far out he was. Then he proceeded to ask me if I wanted a coffee, coke, or another beverage which was a nice offer. He showed up on time and asked multiple questions, inspected the area where water damage was and then he went on to find the bathroom overflow cover was flipped upward and also was missing a seal which led to water getting though when bathtub was filled by my kids. Patrick noticed more water damage and recommended Deep Water Emergency Services to come out to inspect the water damage closer. Patrick was very polite and professional the whole time. I'm not sure if they squeezed us in to a busy schedule or not, but they came and got our job done, which was updating piping to meet code. However, in the process, it doesn't seem there was any preparation involved. They left a mess along multiple areas that they cut in to. Paint and other finishes were chipped and damaged.

Excellent work. I had a leaky toilet, water pressure to our tub had decreased, and a sink that needed replaced. 1st off, the communicated after the appointment was set was fantastic. I was surprised at how much of a priority they made my job seem. The install and replacement of the sink and toilet was done expertly and in a timely manner. The water pressure prior to our tub was also fixed. I highly recommend Olson Plumbing.

Either One Source tried to rip me off with bogus claims about what was wrong with my A/C or they're incredibly inept at doing the most basic checks before diagnosing an issue. Either way, my experience with them is worthy of a 1-star review.After my A/C suddenly stopped working on a Saturday, I called One Source and they sent someone out to my house that evening. After looking over the unit for only 5 minutes, I was given a diagnosis of an over-amping condenser that needed to be replaced as well as a busted fan. He told that repairs would cost at least $5,500 and that I would be better off getting a whole new system for $8,200.Something didn't seem right, so I had another HVAC professional I know come and check it out two days latter. Pretty quickly he found that the capacitor had gone out; no power was running out of it and it was visibly mushrooming at the top. He replaced the capacitor (a $5 part), charged me a small fee for labor, and was in and out within 20 minutes. The machine works perfectly again. The condenser and fan are both fine and there is no over-amping detected.I would not trust what you hear from this company when it comes to repairs. Be sure to get a second quote before agreeing to any service.

When they could not meet the needed emergency timing that we requested, they were asked if they could possibly recommend another company...their response was call the BBB...thanks. Sorry, no voice mails and nothing kind at all about your response. By the way, any senior who needs much faster help, please call the emergency Colorado Springs Utilities, kinder, faster and absolutely no cost.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

I can't say enough good things about the team at Comfort by Design. Our experience has been exceptional from beginning to end. Initially Scott spent time with me going over options and helping me to make decisions on our project. Our heating system needed to be replaced and we had an AC system installed. Jeremy and Mike arrived promptly and as expected. They installed the system efficiently and left the work area clean. Jeremy walked us through the installation and maintenance with professionalism and competence. Joe, the electrician is extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice on our lighting and electrical needs. David, the plumber was efficient and was quick to make requested changes. All in all, the team was responsive, professional, competent and demonstrated great customer service.
