I hope you have better luck with this company than I had. I had a drain line backup Sunday morning so I called Leo's at my daughter's suggestion. They said they'd be out later in the afternoon. To their credit they did call about 5 pm and said they were running behind but still planning to come. I suggested they wait until the next day. She said, Great. Do you prefer morning or afternoon? I said morning. At 11 am I called and they said they should be there by noon. At 2 pm I had still not heard from them so I cancelled and went elsewhere.

Ed is always very courteous, honest and quickly solves any problems we have had. We had him put in a gas line for a new fireplace & the location for it proved to be complicated. He went down to the city planning/permit office to ask questions, to be sure he could do what he thought before presenting us his plan/estimate and was present for all inspections. As long as he is in business I will use him and highly recommend him to anyone

Justin did a great job checking out a.c. unit and throughly cleaning it to make sure it was working properly. Also he set me up with with extra help for later in the month to get it check due to loud rattling noises. Appreciate your dedication Justin!

I had these guys out when my AC stopped working. The person I spoke with over the phone was friendly and helpful and was able to get a technician to my house that day! The technician arrived in a timely manner, was able to diagnose and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done on a furnace or AC unit!

So for sewer cleaning, their pricing was fair and the work seemed good. I don't know what's changed, but it took me a couple of weeks to get in with them. They were supposed to get me a quote, and it's almost been a week since their visit. I'm always on hold when I call, sometimes for as long as ten minutes. I just gave up and went with another business. Work's done and I still haven't heard from them.

This company sends smart, friendly people who know how to fix anything. The big plus is that they call you back when you leave a message!

Oakview Mechanical did an EXCELLENT job replacing our furnace and air conditioner. Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. Tim provided a fair estimate and also took the lead on getting the job done in a timely manner. Thank you!

He was attentive when coming in and out of the house to ensure that no mud was brought into the house. He cleaned up the area where he was working when he was done, and the outside unit looks amazing.

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

The plumber, David Kittle was very professional and cleaned the sewer backup. While he was here doing that he had me run water to check for leaks. There was a leak in my shower drain. He fixed the leak and let me know of things to watch for on my hot water heater. I appreciate his thoroughness and his professionalism. I would recommend this company if you are having plumbing problems.

Fast, friendly, affordable service!

This is the best service I have received and they are trying hard to resolve my problem. The job is just starting so I can't rate the service done but like the honesty as to why so much needs to be done to bring my home electrically up to date. The service people have been very pleasant to work with, answer questions and not apply pressure but give the facts and let me decide myself. This leads to trust so I will go with them to get the work done and they will do it in a timely manner. The job was finished to my satisfaction and I feel it will pass inspection. I feel safer in my home and as a Senior that is important. I will check with them first before calling other companies as I trust them. The service men were polite and didn't waste time. They answered all questions.
