Called One Source with an emergency water line problem. Even though their technicians were booked out throughout the remainder of the day, they made me a priority and got one out to me that same day. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. When Patrick showed up at my property he was very proactive, experienced, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. He seemed genuinely concerned with getting my issue taken care of properly without charging me an exorbitant amount. I was very happy with the total service On Source provided me!

Ed was working across the street and we needed a plumber due to inspection done for sale of our home. I called the # on his truck and he came over as soon as he was done...no appointment! He's great, friendly, didn't charge us extra for last minute service or anything!

They did my heating system, replaced the control board. Got the bill 0ver $1000. Found out the parts over charged $200 after Read the bill . The technician seems not skill on the area. He did not know what he need to do and calling his boss for instructions , I have to pay his learning experience .....

Looking for someone who could replace prv within a day. Luckily found Rick and his team. So satisfied and highly recommend him for everyone.

I have used Oak View Mechanical on multiple occasions and absolutely love them. This company is truly amazing to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, on time, do quality work and at a reasonable price. I can't say enough nice things about them. I would highly recommend!!!

Pope's estimate came in at a quarter of some other estimates from nearby places, which made me slightly apprehensive- but my call was returned quickly, very polite and personable. Showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly, and showed me what had caused the problem. Even went back to the office to get the correct part - and billed me his original estimate. Very pleased, will be keeping this number on my fridge.

Update: Keith came out today and did a fantastic job. I was not charged for his services; he was very professional and thorough. I guess the other technician was just having a really bad day or something. They said that was really out of character for him. We are only human; so I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Parkey's is very lucky to have a technician like Keith and I hope they realize it. I can not give 5 stars because of the experience with capacitor, but I will give them 4 stars because they seemed to care about correcting something that was wrong. I know that if I use them in the future I will specifically ask for Keith.Please look at their yelp reviews much more accurate than these manipulated google reviews. Horrible price gouging and incredibly terrible service. My first experience with Parkey's was with Keith an extremely nice technician; prices were high but he made up for it. Fast forward a year later and the capacitor goes out. We called Parkey's again only for the reason that they have serviced us before. They send out another technician who was easily the least friendly person I've met in Colorado. They charged me $400 for a turbo 200x multi capacitor. (they are gonna feed you some B.S. about the warranty with it). You can buy that piece yourself for about $75 in store or online. He then has the audacity to tell me to call them for yearly cleaning on the unit hes working on. So charges me $400 and cant even do a minor cleaning with that charge. Spent more time in his van then he did working on my unit. Told the guy thank you when he was done; he just stared at me and didn't even respond. So now two weeks later dealing with the AC dripping water and my wife is still waiting for the manager to call us back. Parkey's is easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please save yourself the trouble and use any reputable service in the springs; these people are terrible.

Guy named Gabe came out and fixed our shower cold water handle that was broke off. were told by other company what he did was not possible and we would need extensive work done.He did agree with the other tech about updating the the shower hardware but he was able to do what others said was not possible will recommend to any needing plumbing services.Hats off to you Caliber

On time, on target, hardest working most courteous crew I have ever seen. CAME WITH THE HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION......AND LIVED UP TO IT. This company dropped the ball BIG time and then lied, gave us the run around and just were completely unprofessional. Super disappointed and dissatisfied.

Absolutely awesome.Bryan and Alex were so nice and professional they worked so hard for damn near 10 hours today to get our AC and furnace put together and working so we could have air in the house.Also GREAT with animals had treats for my dogs and gave them love all day.
