UPDATE July 22, 2020I was having a problem again with my AC. This time I called another HVAC business. And boy, was I glad that I did. The new company checked my system and all I needed was a minor repair. This experience was so much better than my previous experience with Affordable. As soon as the repairman from Affordable walked in, right away he was hard selling a whole new system. He kept pitching this hard the whole time that he was here. Before when I first reviewed Affordable I didn’t have anything to compare with them. Now I do and I do not recommend Affordable.***************************************************************************I called Affordable Plumbing on a Tuesday and was able to set up an appointment for Wednesday. I had two problems, I needed a plumbing professional and an HVAC professional. To my surprise, and delight, the HVAC professional came to my home the same day that I called. The technician called ahead to make sure that it was okay for him to come at an earlier time. When he arrived, he appeared professional and tidy. He explained everything that needed to be done and gave me options along with the prices. The other issue, the plumbing, was scheduled for Friday. Once again, I am happy to report, the technician was a little early. To my way of thinking that is always a good thing. The plumbing professional was helpful with his explanation. He was able to complete the job sooner than I expected. Since I was nearly out of water, this was wonderful. I did not price shop so I cannot speak to the cost relative to other businesses. However, I feel that I received good value for the repairs completed.

We have roots always growing in our sewer and Leo's has unclogged them several times each year for us. They are always professional, courteous, and skillful at what they do. Richard is awesome and very customer-oriented, including his assistant. They will always have my business!

I contacted One Source to get an estimate to replace my existing furnace and A/C.Coral, the young lady who provided the estimate, did an excellent job. She checked for available discounts and explained everything.The installation crew, Brandon, Erick, Jordan, and Rolf, did a great job! They were professional, efficient, courteous, and helpful.I will definitely call One Source in the future, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

They did a very good job on replacing my furnace. The city inspectors checked their work and said it was the best work they have ever seen! Fast and friendly service! They have finance options if you dont have the money upfront to pay.

This is company is great! They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable and always take the time to explain things to you. They have been to our house several times and every experience with them has been impressive. I have mostly dealt with Jim and he is very professional. Today we had a water leak in the basement and he was at our house 30 min after I called and fixed our problem very efficiently.

Diego’s service was excellent. An easy guy to talk to and it’s easy to tell he’s passionate about his work. He did the job efficiently and quickly and really knows what he’s talking about. If you’re looking for a Plummer, he’s your guy! Best in the city!

We had a bid for central air in 5/2020. Comfort by Design is a different kind of company. They feel like family, a big brother. This is a company that shares their knowledge of what they know with you, no guessing about which air conditioner you’ll need with a list of choices. They are not trying to sell you more than what you need. They recommend what is needed by asking specific questions and assessing how your furnace and air conditioner will work together. The technician for the install was extremely polite, worked hard, and was very neat, and I’m fussy! The technician went over and above by showing us how set up our thermostat correctly for maximum comfort and efficiency. I would highly recommend this company your cooling or heating needs.

Diego was awesome!! Made sure I understood what the charge was beforehand. He made sure he made a second appointment to finish the work as he didn’t have the specific part needed in his van. This was on a Saturday. He worked and quickly determined what the issue was. He was awesome and so was the company. Always keeping in touch on his arrival time, when he was on his way from the appointment before mine. The dispatch people were very courteous and very helpful. I will definitely use them again and specifically ask for Diego if I need further work done.

I highly recommend this company. This company is family friendly and do everything they can to get the job done in a timely manner. We were having some plumbing issues at our house. So of course we called wirenut and they got us booked pretty fast. Pilar was our tech and called us 30 minutes in advance so we knew he was coming. I have to say Pilar was very polite and informative when he came into our home. He got straight to work and figured out where our mystery leak was coming from in no time. He treated our home as if it was his own. I will never call anyone else out for our all around repair needs. Wirenut is very dedicated to us and we highly appreciate them. Thanks Pilar for all of your help.Gotta update again.....We wanted a quote for a furnace install so of course we called wirenut. Arber called us and let us know he was coming out and even brought us a coffee. Man what a kind gentleman he was. He sat down with my husband and I and had a very detailed list of options that we could go with. In the end we ended up going with the complete ac and heating change out. We signed up with the UPP membership as well. A few days later we got a call from Mark our installer that he was coming over to do the change out. And man was he fast and efficient. He was very neat and tidy when it came to our install. We had to leave for a bit and when we got back he was finished with the job and it was like he was never there. I am so happy that we have found wirenut that treat us like family. And again will never go with anyone else for my repair needs in my home. Thank u again wirenut
