Needed new sink hooked up, called & the next day Chris came out put it all together. Nice man good with the puppy, cleaned up after himself gave us some advice for preventing water damage. Real happy with the work.👍☺

Nathan was amazing! Came in cleaned everything up and let us know about all of our issues and how serious our issues were. Set up install for next day. He even took pictures of everything he did to show what was wrong. I would highly recommend him. He definitely went above and beyond.

I called Always about an issue with my hot water heater; a technician was dispatched just a couple of hours after my call. When Ed arrived at my house he was friendly, professional and courteous. After looking things over he offered an an honest opinion on what might be needed; no flim flam or attempt to convince me I needed additional parts or repairs. 12 years ago we selected HVAC Solutions to install our AC unit in our newly constructed home. I was concerned I didn't go with the builder on the AC unit but the price through the builder was exorbitant. We financed the unit through a third party that HVAC Solutions sales person brought to the table and our terms were 1 year same as cash. We paid off the unit in a year and there were NO fees or interest. Fantastic financing package. The install by the HVAC Solutions team along with the electrician they contracted with had the unit in and running in under 4 hours. Wow, and not a sloppy job at all. Very uptight install and completed cleaned up after themselves (no wire snipping in the rocks outside or sloppy work in the circuit breaker board). The unit has worked great without an issue for 10 years. After making the mistake last year of having another company come out and service the unit, we had an issue with a new board installed and less than a year later it was out again. We called HVAC Solutions this time and Sean came out and diagnosed the problem, the reason for the problem, went over the overall health of our furnace, blower and AC unit, and fixed our problem at a great price. Thanks HVAC SOLUTIONS. We will recommend you 7 days a week and twice on Sundays.

We have used Caliber Services at our rental, since 2009. They are reliable, honest and trustworthy. We've used others in the past that were a nightmare! It is so refreshing to have honest people at your property doing repairs, when you live in another state. They do great work and are reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone! You won't be disappointed!!

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

They replaced a hot water heater that had started leaking on very short notice. There were a couple of issues with the install, but every time I called they sent someone out right away and didn't stop until the problem was resolved.

Had some plumbing issues and Cope was able to come out in the evening and get everything fixed up. I'd definitely recommend both the tech and the company for any plumbing problems you have.

Gavin came out and we had a great experience! He reviewed with us all our options to replace or repair the pressure regulator that had sprung a leak. Thoroughly explained everything and helped us find the right solution for us. I was so thankful I asked to purchase their yearly maintenance program so I can have them come out and make sure all the systems in my house are running safely and properly and give me peace of mind as a homeowner.
