Had a pipe leak on my water heater. Not only did he show up immediately, but had it fixed in no time. And rather than just replacing with the same inferior part from the original installer that failed, he took the time to do the job right.

We have used them 3 times and within months we would have the same problem. Would call to see if they could come and fix the problem they said was fixed and guaranteed to stay fixed. They said they only have a 30 day guarantee and we would need to fully pay again for them to come out and look at it. Rude and not trustworthy.

We worked closely with this company to finish out our basement bathroom and helped out quickly when our water heater was having some issues. They are responsive and can get out to see you quickly when needed. We had some issues with how our vanity was installed and he came out to fix it as he said he would at no additional charge. My brother has a long time friend Nate that has worked with the company and referred us to them. One of the tech's Mike came out to inspect our A/C unit and he educated us and our options. We chose to purchase a new air conditioning unit at which Scott Bryant came over and he gave us such great comfort, assurance and what A/C unit would be the best for our home. We had Dillon, Steven and Rob were able to come immediately to install our new AC. They were prompt, thorough, professional, kind, and the work they did together was impressive. It honestly felt more like family was taking care of us than just a company putting our a/c unit in. They came to inspect the A/C unit as well a few days later to ensure that it was working properly. Highly recommend. Had a leak that they could not come out to fix due to their busy schedule. Instead of leaving us hanging they did everything possible to help walk me through it and I was able to fix it myself. Other companies left us hanging. I trust them to be fair and honest and will hire whenever needed. Companies can be defined by what they do when they don’t make profit and they went above and beyond.

About two years ago we had our heating ducts cleaned which turned out to be nothing more than running a small vacuum into what ducts they felt they could access.So when Mark from Wirenut showed us how dirty they were, we decided to have Wirenut clean them properly. Daniel C. And Alex S. had the right equipment to THOROUGHLY clean them this time with a large vacuum attached to the ducts, a tentacle device that scrapes and compressed air to push what is scraped into the vacuum. Now the ducts are truly clean and we are thankful.Note to others. Have Wirenut clean your ducts and be sure they are truly clean (they send before and after photos).

Just had our water heater replaced. We had our own unit, which wasn't a problem, and they came as soon as I needed them. Best price I have found by far! Very friendly, efficient, and professional business! Highly recommend!

HCD Sewer and Drain were contracted to my home by my home warranty company (American Home Shield)
It took Donnie a whole 3-minutes to come to the conclusion that our Hot Water Heater was shot and needed to be replaced, and he needed to add an expansion tank. I found this hard to believe since our Rheem hot water heater was only 3-years old and under warranty.
Thankfully we did get a 2nd opinion from another contractor who was able to replace a relief hose at no cost. In my opinion Donnie was trying to take advantage of me and also American Home Shield.
