Kelton exceeded my expectations. He surveyed the drainage piping that was plugged and offered options. He worked efficiently and quickly to address all possible plugged areas. He cleared a lot gunk from my piping. Most impressed.

Bill's Plumbing cleared out the clogged main line in my house. They showed up earlier than expected, which was a relief! They were very professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I had Sveagle Plumbing out the day before and they tried to convince me that the main line was completely collapsed and needed to be replaced for $14,000-16,000! Luckily I called Bill's Plumbing and they had no problem clearing out the main line. I highly recommend Bill's Plumbing and am now a dedicated customer of theirs, and won't call anyone else!

First and last time. If you think $2100 - $2700 for a 40gal gas hot water heater installation is a good price, then Smith is for you. I was charged $200 for a new, unnecessary gas line and $200 for a new, unnecessary shutoff valve. Last the technician installed after/outside the 4hr time block I was given. Live and learn.

The experience could have gone more smoothly, however in the end Jazy Frei's service was equal to the expectations that they set with me from the outset. Even issued a refund check when the technician mistakenly overcharged.

Even though , Mr. Rooter said not to have Home Depot do the installation, on the advice of my daughter, I checked out reviews and beyond happy I did. This duo has wonderful reviews.I asked for them when I called to have an estimate for a water heater with installation. Not only did I get a better water heater, twice the warranty and a lower cost than the competition, everything was done right. They explain everything to you and are lots of fun to talk to. My fiance and I bought a house June 29, 2020, in our contract we requested the HVAC be cleaned, serviced, and insured it was operational. The sellers used Oakview Mechanical to take care of the request and they paid $886 to Oakview to insure the HVAC was cleaned, serviced, and operational along with a few other odd jobs. It was summer so of course the first 2 months we did not use the furnace. Yesterday, September 8, 2020, we turned on our heater and it was NOT working.

I made a call to Oakview Mechanical this morning to see if they would come out and look at it since they signed the invoice saying it was operational not even two and a half months ago. They said they could send a service man out for $89. I mentioned that they worked on it a little over two months ago and claimed it was operational. They then went on to say they do not guarantee operation of any of the units they work on, unless you call in within 30 days.

In other words, if you hire them...they service your unit, sign off that it's operational, and 2 months later after NO use at all...tough luck. DO NOT waste your money. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. They obviously do not back the quality of their work. Oakview Mechanical guarantees their work for 30 days and anything past that you better be prepared to pay them for sub par work all over again. It honestly shocked me that the seller paid good money so we could have a operational HVAC system just for Oakview to say it was operational for 30 days. How do you claim a system is operational, clean and service it, just for it to be not operational when turned on!!!

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. After I got off the phone with Oakview, I called WireNut and told them what was going on with our furnace (since they were the ones who installed it in 2015). They offered to send someone out and assured me that they would honor any warranties that may be in affect. The customer service was spectacular at WireNut and they obviously back the quality of their work, even 5 years later.

B&L is supposed to be doing the warranty work on our Oakwood home. We have had 3 appointments for them to fix our leaky faucet and they have never showed up. I wasted a whole vacation day waiting for them and they never showed up.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Had a bad clog in our bathtub drain. Called these guys and was sent Kyle. Not only was he extremely quick and professional, he served us with a smile the whole time even dealing with a ridiculous crawl space and rain. This man needs a raise....
