Everyone was very friendly. I had to switch my appointment time multiple times as I’m not in state and had to arrange for someone to be at the house for service and they were super understanding. I received next day service. They called to discuss everything before proceeding. A great company!

The service people that come out and do the actual service are really good but the customer service representative that answers the phone Janice is very rude very short and non-professional as far as a source of contact several people and I have had the same experience where the people that come out and do the work are really good but the lady behind the desk is very rude

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

We had a leak in our shower that needed to be tended to. Not really knowing of a good plumber, I went online to do some research and came across Western Peak Plumbing. Based on the all the positive reviews I scheduled an appointment with them. Jerry came out and quickly identified the problem. As he went to work, he was explaining the issues with me but then the job was stalled due to the a piece of the faucet that was seized. Although the leak wasn’t able to be reconciled that day, Jerry offered a possible solution to try and loosen the part and requested to come out the next day and work on the leak again. He was back out even earlier than scheduled the following morning. His solution did work and the part was fixed. Western Peak Plumbing is professional, responsive, informative and provide great service at a fair price. I will recommend their services to other family and friends, and will use them again for any future plumbing needs!

Lucas was friendly and professional. He even got on FaceTime with me before he came out to the house so that we could walk through exactly what I needed and what parts to bring. He texted when he was en route so that I knew exactly what time to expect him. He also gives a discount for military members.

Nate was able to schedule me the day I called. He was courteous, calling me twice to let me know when he'd be there, and fixed our clogged toilet very quickly and inexpensively. I will definitely use Nates Plumbing again!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

We used Olson Plumbing to remove sinks and associated plumbing from our home in Colorado Springs. We needed this done so we could have the countertops replaced. The plumber turned off the main water valve to the house and removed the sinks and plumbing. However, when he turned the main water valve back on he did not check the work he had done and he missed that one of the valves from a sink he had removed was still on. Water ran in my unoccupied home for nearly 30 hours. When I found the water was still running in the home I simply turned the valve that was left on to the off position and the water stopped running. I called Olson to put them on notice of the damage. They sent a tech/plumber out the same evening I found the leak. The tech stated the reasoning for the water running was a faulty valve. I'm no plumber but even I know if the valve is turned and the water stops flowing, the valve seems to be working properly and is not faulty. Now I have thousands and thousands in damage to my home and Olson Plumbing is denying any and all responsibility. This will obviously be a long drawn out battle to get my home fixed.

Beware of this company. There are plenty of other plumbers out there.

Great service. The service technician Andrew Coleman was awesome and very professional. We were getting our toilets installed and one the toilets we bought were missing some items. He went out of his way to go back to Home Depot to look for those missing items and complete the installation.

Brian with Team Plumbing was terrific. I was not getting truly hot water in my upstairs master bath and Brian identified a mixing valve all the way down in the basement and adjusted that and just like that I now have truly hot water for the master bathtub. Thank you Brian!

I've used many plumbers in the past this is by far my favorite.
We had a technician come out I believe his name was Rick he told us exactly what had to be done with some plumbing issues we're having.
His cost was right in line, he did exactly what he said he was gonna do when he said he was gonna do it.
I could not be happier I highly recommend this plumbing service.

The only thing worse than their quality of work is their inability to drive safely. I have excellent photos and videos of your workers cutting off traffic, zig zagging with the trailer wobbling, and speeding 40+ in a residential 25mph. I’m turning it into authorities but you might want to take a good faith effort to attempt to rectify the negligence by your workers.

I have used Green Plumbing for the last 3 years, and they have been fantastic. I feel they are very honest, and I love that they will trouble shoot with you over the phone to save you a service charge.
