Mark at pro power rooter was able to do a job that a competitor would have turned into a big unnecessary job for a very reasonable price without having to make holes in the walls or cut open the pipes. I will be using his services again. Also he made time in his evening to fix the problem the same day. Tenants we very happy with the results and I am happy with the price. This is what a successful business model should look like.

Called on a Wednesday to make an appointment to have waste line cleaned/inspected and it was scheduled for the upcoming Friday between 2-4. Took off work for afternoon so I could make the appointment time. Called a few minutes prior to 4, and was told I was not on the schedule and they did apologize and offered to reschedule. I asked for the rate to be dropped since I already took off work for the afternoon, and they said the best they could do was 5% off the price which would have only been $7.50. I took 5 hours off work -- and was offered $7.50 off because they didn't schedule the appointment that was made. The only reason it was not one star is because they installed a sump pump a few years ago for me and that went fine, but this time there was a complete disregard for the customer.

Everybody at Leo's plumbing was great. Richard, Tony and Derek all did good work. They were thorough, honest, and explained everything they did to our satisfaction. We would definitely call Leo's back for any plumbing issues we might have in the future.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

The young man was very professional and knowledgeable! He new exactly what was wrong with my heating and air conditioning just by listening to it. I am not going forward with this company because this company does not deal with my type of equipment, and I need to stay with my warranty. But if I ever need to replace the entire unit, I will give you guys a call.

Ed is a great plumber and a great guy. We highly recommend him. He didn't just do the job well, he took the time to teach us what was going on. He was on time, on budget, and cleaned up after himself...much more than we expected. I hope we never have plumbing issues again, but if we do, this is the guy we are calling.
