Ed was awesome. He quickly diagnosed a tile cracked grout issue that was causing a leak. He then very quickly installed a water line to my refrigerator. Very professional, on time and thorough.

Great, friendly service. Took care of my issue without hesitation. Very reasonable price compared to others in the local area.

Caleb came by just a couple hours after I had to turn off my water because my shower wouldn't cut off. He had the work done in 20 mins for a good price and was an awesome guy to talk to. I'd recommend this company for any plumbing disaster you might have in your house.

We used Olson Plumbing to remove sinks and associated plumbing from our home in Colorado Springs. We needed this done so we could have the countertops replaced. The plumber turned off the main water valve to the house and removed the sinks and plumbing. However, when he turned the main water valve back on he did not check the work he had done and he missed that one of the valves from a sink he had removed was still on. Water ran in my unoccupied home for nearly 30 hours. When I found the water was still running in the home I simply turned the valve that was left on to the off position and the water stopped running. I called Olson to put them on notice of the damage. They sent a tech/plumber out the same evening I found the leak. The tech stated the reasoning for the water running was a faulty valve. I'm no plumber but even I know if the valve is turned and the water stops flowing, the valve seems to be working properly and is not faulty. Now I have thousands and thousands in damage to my home and Olson Plumbing is denying any and all responsibility. This will obviously be a long drawn out battle to get my home fixed.

Beware of this company. There are plenty of other plumbers out there.

I made a claim through my home warranty for issues with my garbage disposal. They said to expect a call from Team Plumbing. I was very impressed with Team Plumbing's quick response. Within 5 minutes of making the claim, Chris from Team Plumbing called me and said he could be at my house within 45 minutes. He showed up within his stated time frame and was very polite, professional, and replaced my garbage disposal. He gave me tips on how to use it to keep it working properly. (For others that may not know, garbage disposals have a reset button.) I highly recommend Chris from Team Plumbing for your garbage disposal needs.

They came the same day and was able to correct identify the correct valves to turn bon my sprinkler system for a Home I purchased in Colorado Springs. Very quick and very nice. Thanks!

Great Work, Great Company!

Very pleased with installation of a new furnace which included some improved ducting. Have since had annual service and one late night call when a fuse blew in our thermostat line. All covered under warranty and handled within an hour of our call.

This is an update to my earlier post (below).

My husband woke me up at 3:30 this morning (New Year's Eve!) to let me know the furnace was acting up (no heat) again. I called Flow Right around 4:00 a.m. As usual, the after-hours representative was sympathetic, courteous and helpful.

A few hours later, we received a phone call and visit from Hugo, who had replaced a part on our furnace about a month ago. He determined that a worn-out, malfunctioning motor had caused the new part to fail. We agreed that replacing the furnace would be wiser and more economical in the long run than simply replacing the motor.

Shortly thereafter, Mike H. and Brandon M. arrived and spent the next six hours removing the old furnace and installing a new furnace, thermostat and the now-required carbon monoxide alarms. They worked tirelessly, courteously and efficiently. They made a point of leaving the house neat and clean before they left.

As before, my husband and I are very pleased with the way we were treated by everyone involved at Flow Right. Thanks for always taking such good care of us.

Yesterday (Thanksgiving Day), our furnace was not working properly (only cool air was coming out of the air ducts). We called your number and were courteously and professionally greeted by a woman working your emergency response line before 7:00 a.m. She promptly arranged for a technician to contact us.

In less than 30 minutes, your technician (Mike H.) called us, assessed the situation and immediately came to our house. By that time, my husband had turned the furnace off and on a couple of times so it was working when Mike H. arrived, making it impossible for him to diagnose the problem. Nevertheless, he thoroughly examined the furnace and encouraged us to call him again if it stopped working properly again that day.

Well, the furnace did malfunction by early evening. When I called your emergency response line again, a very helpful, courteous man gathered all needed information and promptly called Mike H.

Mike H. called us within a few minutes. Even though I assured him that we could probably wait until the next morning, he insisted that it was important for him to return that evening. He told us to let the furnace remain nonfunctional, so he could diagnose the problem. He quickly came to our house and was able to obtain a code that identified the malfunctioning part. He will return either today or Monday, depending on when the part is available.

I just wanted you to know how much my husband and I appreciate your courteous and helpful emergency response line associates, and how Mike H. went out of his way, on a holiday, to take care of our problem.

We will certainly call Flow RIght if we have any furnace issues in the future.

Brian fixed two malfunctioning outlets very quickly. He also answered a bunch of questions I had about our smoke detectors (he saw they were outdated and WireNut can replace them) and questions I had about changing the lighting in the ceiling in the kitchen. I always pick Wirenut to come out for anything electrical because they are always prompt, always courteous and professional, and always get the job done right the first time.
