Amazing group of guys! Professional and very straight forward and honest. Ran into a nightmare at two of our commercial properties with the sewer lines and had to excavate and the whole nine yards, I was sooo nervous at first. But they got it fixed and done even tho it was a little more work than expected. Ben Weis was the manager I dealt with directly and he was awesome! Thankful they got this mess taken care of and we are back up and running smoothly 😎 I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Jorge was courteous and professional throughout the whole process of replacing our leaking anti-siphon valve and two hose bibs.

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Rick was very professional and enjoyable to work with. he followed thru just as stated on the phone and I think even enjoyed explaining how the boiler works and why it wasn't working and took pics to show me stuff as I am long distance of the property. Highly recommend

We had bath water overflow the floor drain in the basement on a Saturday night. When I called Mr. Rooter, at about 10 pm, the phone was quickly answered and service scheduled for first thing the next morning. Adrian called at about 8 am and was at the house by 8:20. James arrived a little later. They were both cheerful, polite and professional.Adrian was able to remove the grate off the floor drain that several previous plumbers had insisted was rusted in place and inaccessible. Finally, after many other failing plumbers and dollars down the figurative drain, that miserable pipe got cabled out and a giant hairball removed. Now it flows freely and we don't have to worry about it.Surprisingly, the charge was less than $300 on a Sunday. Where others might charge an after-hours fee, Mr. Rooter did not. Thanks Adrian (and James)! Thanks Mr. Rooter. You guys are the best!

I had called other companies when my drain started backing up and they quoted high prices and said it would be a couple of days before they could make it out. Mark, the owner of Pro Power Rooter, returned my call almost immediately and was here within two hours on a late Friday night. He did the job quickly and professionally for a lot less money than the others quoted. HIGHLY recommended!

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. Where do I even start? We purchased our house in July 2015. El Paso County requires a sewer inspection prior to the sale of a home. During the inspection this company broke the concrete on the sidewalk when they drove over it. They wrote on the receipt that they would repair that portion of the sidewalk. We had a very quick closing and the previous owners weren't able to get it repaired prior to closing so we then took over the attempts to get it repaired.

We called roughly 15 times before we actually got to talk to the owner. Either they did not answer, did not return the call or the receptionist refused to help and would tell us she could only take a message to which we didn't get a call back. The interesting thing is that her name was Linda and according to property records Dennis and Linda own a house together which means she's his partner and not his receptionist and pretended to be to avoid answering our questions. Only when we threatened legal action did we finally get a call from Dennis. He told us that they were waiting on a part from China for a piece of equipment he needed to fix the concrete and they would take care of it. That was months ago. We've started calling again and have not successfully spoken with anyone because nobody has answered the phone. My daughter graduates next month and we have to have the sidewalk repaired for the party because it's a tripping hazard. We're paying out of pocket to have the sidewalk repaired and are preparing the small claims action to sue this organization. Don't expect this company to stand by anything they say.

*Edited to add* they did refund us the $99 service fee which we really appreciated, and that is why I updated my review.My husband requested a technician to come out and fix our two laundry machine faucets as well as a leaking bathtub spout. We knew there was a $99 service fee for the technician to come out and diagnose the issues, but that was way too much for what the technician did. He showed up and I brought him down to the laundry room. He simply looked at the faucets and didn’t even turn them on to see what the leak looked like/where it was coming from. When I showed him the bathtub spout he looked at it for maybe 15 seconds and that was it. Instead of diagnosing the issue he simply went the route that everything needed to be replaced, and he then told me that the total would be just under $1000 which I thought sounded ridiculous. He asked if that’s what I expected, and I told him that I didn’t expect it to be that much. He said he could get the price down to $850 which I still felt was outrageous for the small repairs we had. He then asked me if my husband and I had ever had plumbing work done before, and told me how it’s expensive, and that to become a master plumber takes a lot of time and schooling. I respect that, but this was not “master plumber” plumbing issues. The technician came off as condescending, and was definitely trying to take advantage of us with price gouging. Needless to say we decided to not go forward with Roto-Rooter, and I’m disappointed that we had to pay a $99 service fee considering that the “master plumber” didn’t even diagnose the issue.
