Used this company for my business. The tech came out within an hour or two. Cleared the block in our sewer line. The cost was very reasonable. We had another block (because some dummy was flushing paper towels down the toilets) and they came out again three days later and cleared out the blockage FREE this time! You just don't see this kind of customer service very often these days. Great job guys!

We had a few inspection items on a home we were purchasing in Monument, one being a leaking pressure valve on hot water heater they repaired the problem; 6 weeks after moving in, we had a leak on same hot water heater, Aaron arrived promptly and replaced the valve at no charge stating they should have replaced it on the initial appointment (different valve). This guy fooled around with my leaky faucet, ending up being unusable, then charged us 130.00 for his body being here. In my book if you can't fix the problem, you don't charge for the problem or was 130.00 a trip charge? Also, he gave an outrageous estimate of 600.00 dollars to put in a washtub. This place is a no-go.
Too bad he was so was so bad we are interested in remodeling our bathroom and now he is 'out'.

Called this company to unclog a shower drain for $95. The technician was having trouble snaking the drain, said there was a blockage and we need a camera for $295 extra to see what it is. They still had no clue what it was! Then recommended we spend $6,200 to dig it up. They tried snaking it one more time and thank god it worked before we had to dig up the driveway. Lots of unnecessary time and money spent today.
