I feel now that with the discussion we had, and the explanations from both sides, that the issues have been resolved for both of us. Lucas was absolutely outstanding. Twice in one week he came out to fix some burst pipes within a few hours of my call. The repair was performed with a high degree of quality and precision and I have no doubt that it was well worth the price

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Had to replace a cupler and a few other important needs for my heater about a year ago. They accepted payments for my unexpected emergency.Technicians were well educated, informative and very respectful. Will always refer them to a friend.

The plumbing work and tech was fine. They are very good at telling you the hourly rate starts when the tech is dispatched, what they dont tell you is the amount you pay will vary soley one where the job before yours was done. I paid 1.25 hours of travel time alone when their office is located 25 minutes away. Where did the extra 1 come from? That charge also included the travel time back which either means they are double dipping and charging the client after me and myself for the same commute, or, your rate will also vary if you are the last one of the day. Upon dispatch I even confirmed with the operator that I am not paying for commute from further than their office, which I was told I wouldnt and that ended up being false. I have also called multiple times, and the supervisor will not call me back. Dishonesty and lack of integrity here.
