Great service! Mark responded to my call after 9PM, after three other plumbers (including national brand plumber) were not able to provide service. He came when he said he would (very quick to my location), and fixed the clogged drain problem in less than 15 minutes. Reasonable rate for excellent service. I will definitely use his services in the future.

We have had an AC unit installed and regular maintenance done. Every time an employee of one source has come out they have been polite, friendly, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I also like that they contact us about performing maintenance on our HVAC systems, because I would likely forget otherwise. I also want to thank John N. especially because he looked at my furnace, ac unit, and water heater to give me some advice on what problems I should be aware of and walked me through some basic steps I can take to prolong the life of these systems; he was only there initially to check the furnace out but he went above and beyond to give me some peace of mind.

This would be my second experience with a specific Tech from western Peak. This scope of work was to be inspected by our local building dept and a permit was pulled. The individual performed A scope of work that is entry level plumbing. On both jobs there were issues with how the work was completed and did not pass the initial inspection. What should have been one day to do the work and one day for inspection so a total of 2 days of down time, turned into 4 days of this individual having to go back and forth until the work was completed correctly. When I would call to inform the company of the issues it would take a full day the get this person back to rectify his mistakes. He was typically late and would work past working hours. In one situation he worked until 8:45pm. This has happened twice. There were even the same incomplete work performed on both jobs noted by the regional inspector. This would delay my company and the sub contractors ability to move forward with the project. I will not let the actions of one person to summarize my feelings about Western Peak as there are good people working there. As business people and at their price point there needs to be a better process and accountability.

I called Always about an issue with my hot water heater; a technician was dispatched just a couple of hours after my call. When Ed arrived at my house he was friendly, professional and courteous. After looking things over he offered an an honest opinion on what might be needed; no flim flam or attempt to convince me I needed additional parts or repairs. In short order he had everything back up and running and left everything clean and tidy. I will absolutely go to Always for any more plumbing needs; whether repairs or projects.

Update I have had to use them again for an additional update to my home's plumbing system and once again their prices were phenomenal and the work is beyond reproach.
