Mark was great. I contacted 3 local plumbers for our clogged drains, we have a septic. All 3 touted 24 hr response. Mark was the ONLY response and actually scheduled us for later that night which was a miracle! He gave us very thorough pricing, there were no surprises except from the job itself but he was tenacious! He was running late but stayed in constant contact, he got there at 11pm and didn't leave till a little after 1am when the job was handled. Even gave us a discount on the unexpected camera scoping. He was wonderful during a rough time! Highly recommend!

My tub had been draining progressively slower in spite of drain cleaners and a plunger. The last straw was when the drain backed into my bathtub after running the washing machine - nasty black muddy looking hook 😝. My property manager contacted Leo’s. B&L is absolutely great. We’ve had them do work in the past when a sewage pipe broke under the house and needed a quick fix. This review, however, is for their help with our water heater. It went out and Chelsea was great at working with me to allow me to provide my own water heater and have them install it (many plumbing companies will not allow this) at a great price. This permitted me to get and ENERGYSTAR heater from Home Depot so I could not only get the military discount but also the Black Hills Energy rebate. John came out the very next day and was able to get us up and running with hot water. He had to completely refit the venting and gas feeds and add an expansion tank due to code changes but he did it quickly and it looks great (and obviously passed inspection). Will definitely go with them again.

Our toilet seal broke-through and was leaking all over the bathroom. Affordable Rooter had a plumber to the house within an hour and fixed it quickly. The woman I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and helpful and the plumber who fixed the toilet was respectful and a nice individual. The cost was quite reasonable and the quality of work was great. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Let me preface this with one statement: I have NEVER in my 5 years as a homeowner gotten a complete warm & fuzzy from the many plumbers I have called in to my house (built in 1928).

I found Bullseye Plumbing after ping-ponging between different plumbing companies getting estimates for the same job (sewer main replacement) over the past couple of weeks. Bullseye suggested that instead of replacing the line, they hydrojet and chemically treat instead of rooting; hydrojetting is more expensive than rooting, but it lasts longer and the root treatment chemical comes with a 1 yr warranty against roots.

Before jetting, they sent a camera down and located a broken clay pipe (uh-oh, expensive?!) - instead of using scare tactics to try and replace the line for between 8-10k as the previous plumbers suggested, they recommended we replace only the broken section since the rest of the pipe is in good condition. A $2500 repair instead of 10k. After hydrojetting and treating, they told me the repair can wait until spring.

Customer for life.

I was worried after 3 separate plumbers failed to be able to fix our stopped up drain in the basement. Dan's Drain crew came out the next day and we were certain major demo in concrete was going to have to happen but INSTEAD they pulled out crazy things from the drain and all within a few hours getting us fixed and going. Absolutely would recommend them. They were great to work with!

The lady on the phone customer who answered had and attitude and when I decide to call another time she said please don't. Very sad to hear that that is the way this company answers phone calls.

We encountered a severe sewer line blockage in a duplex that could have negatively impacted both units. Our technician Garrett Wright was timely, deductive, informative and tenacious in resolving that problem over a 3-day period, during which he consulted other resources and ordered a scope that helped identify and eliminate the problem. It’s a dirty job but he conducted himself with professionalism and recognition of the importance of sewer line maintenance. We recommend Roto Rooter highly!

Thank god for Speer plumbing! When my plumbing started backing up at an Airbnb I leased out for Christmas, Cory saved the day. Very reasonably priced and a true professional. I will be using Speer plumbing again!
