An inside door was accidentally scratched and they discounted the installation fee to cover the paint no problem. They answered all our questions and cleaned up. I have used Parkey's off and on for many years. Keith is a very nice person and seems to be knowledgeable about my heating system. He said I needed a new Control Board since it was overheating and it would cost $500. I had a second opinion and they said they did not feel it warranted a replacement at this time. Their price to replace it if it did need replacing was $200-300. If.and when I need it replaced I will go with this company. They r a reputable company as State Farm Insurance and Leap uses them. Very helpful. Jeff was willing to talk with me over the phone and give me a couple of things to do when freezing slush got into the water lines of our mobile home. I did what he said. The problem was solved within fifteen minutes. I highly recommend this business.
